the apartment is born inside of a building of 700 completely renovated, in the countryside a few steps from the palace of Capodimonte, garden of 400 square meters equipped with gazebos and barbecue, pool underground, equipped with chairs and sunbeds to relax after a nice walk to the streets of downtown, easily accessible by metro and bus taxi in 10 minutes, 5 km from the airport.

This property looked nothing like the posted pictures. It had a terrible odor like a port a potty. The air conditioner leaked constantly. It would soak the curtain and leave a puddle on the floor. There was mold on the ceiling of bedroom. The only coffee pot was rusty and moldy. It could not be used. The location was terrible for getting taxis. The floor was uneven and the tiles not even glued down. There was a “trap door” right in front of the kitchen sink that felt like you would fall through if stepping on it. Back door had no handle to get back in. The gate was difficult to open. Couple positives. The pool was very nice. They allowed an early check in.

Piscina piccola ma profonda e bella, ampio giardino comodo se si ha un cane, alloggio piccolino, leggermente sacrificato, qualche piccola miglioria da effettuare. Comodo se si viaggia con vettura propria.

Petit appartement paisible

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement simple mais très confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée, nous avons apprécié la présence de café et de sucre. La piscine est un vrai plus en fin de journée estivale ! Le seul bémol est que l'isolation sonore est à revoir entre la chambre et le logement voisin.

A due passi dalla città un luogo molto tranquillo ideale per soggiornarvi . Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Padroni di casa molto disponibili ed educati ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra super consigliato

bel appartement au calme avec accés terrasse et jardin avec piscine. Possibilité de garer sa voiture. Propriétaire très gentil et bien à l'écoute ..... Petit bémol : difficulté à trouver l'appartement surtout de nuit bien équipé cependant prévoir un rideau occultant. Arret de bus à 5 minutes
