This cottage is super cute! Great kitchen appliances and spices selection. The shower was a little dirty and water pressure was not great, and both tvs were having some issues. Great location near downtown Wilmington, would stay here again!

Cozy little older home with shabby chic, eclectic accents. Pet friendly, but no big yard for dogs. Bring a pet gate, because the backyard gate doesn't have a latch to keep dogs in. Not a neighborhood we felt safe to walk around in, but it was quiet. Close to downtown and only a few miles from the beach.

The house was good and fit the needs for what we needed for but it was definitely different. Can tell it was originally an older house. I would strongly suggest the owner consider a different ladder for the bunk bed. I would also not staying with a child that you can’t lift up into a high bunk bed if you’re needing a 3 bed.
