This charming cottage in St Boswells sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Kennel Cottage is an end-terraced cottage in the town of St Boswells. The cottage has a super king-size double room and a room which can be offered as either a twin or super king-size double depending on the requirements of the party. There is a first floor bathroom and a ground floor shower room, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking and a small front garden area. Kennel Cottage makes an ideal base for enjoying the surrounding countryside.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with access to streaming services, CD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Parking for 2 cars: 150 yards away from the property. Small front lawned garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 1 min walk.
