If you travel south instead, you're just 15 minutes from Chatfield State Park with boating, fishing, paddleboarding and swimming for the whole family. The house was perfect for our family to stay in! We had a few minor issues, but the owner was extremely responsive and all issues were resolved immediately!! The house is wonderful, but the people made it fantastic! We will stay here again!!

Six of us enjoyed our 53rd annual college reunion here. It was very well appointed with absolutely everything we needed and then some. Most of all it was very comfortable, clean, roomy and fun for all of us to be together for 5 days. It was a very nice place to stay. We would all highly recommend it.

The house was perfect for us. Very roomy and comfortable. There are 2 living spaces. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. We were close to many of the attractions we wanted to see. I highly recommend this property.
This house was a wonderful place for our family to stay while we were in town for a nephew's wedding! VERY clean, kitchen was well stocked for cooking in, and the outdoor gas grill was a plus. Two bedrooms with king size beds and one with a queen size bed was also a big plus, as that can be hard to find in a short-term rental house. All the adults slept great because of it! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for us to enjoy local friends and the event we were in Denver for. Close to so many activities. This may sound silly, but I was very please by the well stocked first aid kit (we didn't need it, but it had more than most people have at their own houses). The beds were comfy and more than enough towels and blankets for our needs.
Our sons were in the US Amateur and we stayed at the property. It exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and spacious with plenty of room for all of us. Thanks so much to our hosts for sharing their home.

This was an outstanding rental for our trip. 10 minutes to hiking and trails in the front range, 20 minutes from Red Rocks, 5 minutes from a light rail station.
We visited and stayed with several other couples for a concert, and to immerse in the outdoor glory of Colorado. This house was perfect for our trip, and we would absolutely stay again.

Hi, my kids love to pop the popcorn and watch movies downstairs when we are in town so we have the microwave in the basement for popcorn, hot chocolate etc. The large countertop oven upstairs toasts up to 12 slices of bread at one time and we found this to be so much more efficient than a 2 or 4 slice toaster when a group of up to 8 books the house. The house was just as described! It is in a quite little neighborhood minutes away from the foothills or downtown for city attractions. Two very spacious bed rooms upstairs and a nice second living room downstairs. Kitchen was fully stocked with amenities and a pantry full of seasoning and spices made cooking on sight a breeze!

Stayed here with family of 6 plus grandparents while visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. The set up was perfect for us with kids/teens in the basement and adults upstairs. Plenty of bathrooms too! This cute home has absolutely everything you need to be comfortable- the kitchen is ridiculously well stocked with dishes, serving platters, kitchen aid mixer, convection oven and more. We found the microwave in the basement on our last day. Also, nice touches like shampoo, conditioner and soap with plenty of towels. Location was great for our crew visiting family in Highlands Ranch. We will be back when we visit again.

House is nice, but was a big let down as per online description. Old food was left in cabinets, and big stain on carpet on stairway. Really old furniture in bedrooms, and no TV's in 2-4th bedrooms. Couldn't unlock backdoor to sit in backyard. Thought the neighborhood would be a little more upscale.
Only one guest decided to spend one night.
Our stay was amazing! We were going all over...Loveland skiing, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks and some downtown Denver time. This location was perfect! Outside of the city with easy access to each of the places we wanted to visit. Denver proper is very traffic intensive, be prepared, any time or day. Any shopping you need is within miles of the location. Littleton itself is beautiful with lots of lakes and a clear view of the mountains.
The home itself was amazing! Bedrooms are huge, beds are comfortable, nice bathrooms, plenty of linens. The little extras like toiletries and first aid kit as well as any cooking utensil/pot/pan you could ever ask for. Any extra you think you need to bring (in my opinion) to a VRBO has been provided. If you need more sleeping spaces, the basement bedrooms are huge and there is more than enough room for air mattresses in each.
We didn't have any issues but the owner was very reponsive with all communication and even let us enter a bit early.

The house was overall great. All the family was super comfortable. the only down side to our stay was when we were all trying to pick out our rooms that can accommodate us the bedroom downstairs to the far left we found something super disturbing. we lifted the sheets and found pubic hair in the sheets, there was leak in the basement where the washer and dryer is located. The master bathroom upstairs was dirty with hair in the shower and the toilet had dirt on the floor. We decided to continue to stay at the house because we were in town for a wedding. Within us staying 3 days in Colorado we received a message from Anne saying that we were "making loud noise" and neighbors had complaint about us. We were shocked to hear this because we were not at the house from the time that "we were making noise" she told us that "it could have been the neighbors just wanted to reach out to her because the weekend was approaching and did not want any disturbances".
We all fell in love with Colorado but the stay at this house could have been WAY better.
Super disappointed that the house was not inspected properly and cleaned properly. Especially since there is a pandemic going on at the moment,

My home is listed as a non smoking property and my house rules indicate that there is a fee associated with the additional cleaning required to return the home to a rentable condition if you choose to smoke on the property. Alejandra and her group choose to smoke on the property, leave cigarette butts all over the back covered patio, in the lawn and the landscaping. The inside of the home was left with scuffed walls, chipped dishes and cups, missing dishes, rotting food on the countertops and in the refrigerator, a part having been removed from the dishwasher rack, approximately two sinkfulls of dirty dishes, and trash was left laying on the driveway of the home. Everything above has been documented via photographs to VRBO for their review. I have requested the additional cleaning fee from Alejandra and her group on 3 separate occasions with no response and this review is in retaliation for that request.
I did address noise complaints from neighbors with Alejandra and her group and at no time during our communication did she mention any problems with the property at all. If the property was in the condition she described, why did she not address any of her concerns with me on the numerous times we were in communication during the 6 nights and 7 days that she stayed in my home? I was more than accommodating with Alejandra and her group, allowing them to check out many hours later than normal, at no additional fee, yet they claim my home was unacceptable.
These claims are fabricated and without merit.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while attending our son's wedding. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths for our group. The house was tastefully remodeled and very comfortable for our stay. The totally-fenced backyard was very nice and quiet, complete with a grill. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The kitchen was well- stocked with everything we needed. The pantry had a lot of food and supplies, too. There was a card with the name and phone number if we had any questions. They replied very promptly and our questions were answered. We were very happy with our choice to rent this house.
