Truly this is the best place to stay in Estes Park

My wife and I frequent Estes Park about 4 times per year. Needless to say we have tried a lot of different places to stay over the years and I can definitely say that this is the best! It’s gorgeous, clean, well stocked and Managment is super communicative and available. We’ve stayed here before and will stay here again.

Beautiful property and fun activities all around

The cabin was superbly decorated and the location was premium. However for the price point, I would have expected the cabin to be complete. It was brand new and several things were not complete or operating. The most concerning was the door would not lock consistently when you left the property. Lastly the picture of the cabin showed a lake view and it actually overlooked other cabins and new construction. The best feature of this cabin would be the deck with an outdoor fireplace and jacuzzi.

Mark and Stephanie, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that our cabin did not meet your expectations, we take all of our guests stays personal and hope to be the destination where you and your family make memories to last a lifetime. Additionally, I am sorry that you experienced some difficulty with the front door lock, we have since addressed the lock and have fixed it so that it works properly. Since the cabin is brand new this was something that was not tested enough to ensure it worked properly every time, however it is still not an excuse. We hope that everything else was great with your stay and we hope to have you come back in the future. Thank you for your feedback.
