* Raglan Golf Course is located 4 mins drive from property (standing on the deck you can see part of the course in the distance).

STUNNING 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, large open plan living with extensive views overlooking Raglan and coastline. Underfloor central heating throughout plus additional fireplace in TV area (firewood supplied from May - August).

Located a mere 5km from Raglan township this truely magnificent eco-friendly home boosts all modern conveniences of easy living; dishwasher, complete laundry (washing machine and dryer), modern interior, extensive bifold windows and ranchsliders, designed to soak in the views from most rooms. North facing to embrace warmth and sunlight throughout the year, the ambience of this property is hard to find in Raglan.

Well planned kitchen, providing tea, coffee, sugar. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes etc. Dining and lounge area an entertainers delight capturing awe-inspiring views.

Enjoy alfresco meals on the deck cooking on the webber.

This property is designed for the larger family or extended families - not suitable for young children under 6 years. Minimum age bracket of 35yrs plus.

Please note twin bedroom can convert to super king bed by pushing 2 beds together therefore accommodating 3 couples. Please advise property manager of bedding configuration upon enquiry.

Linen is included into your quotation consisting of full bedding, towels, facecloths, handtowels, bathmats, teatowels and complimentary soap.

Your Property Manager is available for any necessary queries or assistance during your stay from Monday - Sunday 9am - 5pm and on call after hours to assist with any urgencies.

A call-out fee of $65 may apply for after hours non-emergencies.

Guests have entire home to themselves, no shared spaces. Completely private.

All guests can access holiday home from 3pm onwards via instructions from property manager. However I am a phone call away if you need my assistance, thank you.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay here, in particular the kitchen had all the equipment and utensils needed to comfortably cook and entertain. Views out over the harbour are amazing and a quick 5 minute drive into town.

We loved our stay at Byron Hill. The house was exactly as pictured & described, clean & hosts supplied basics (tea, coffee etc). The house is large & comfy with a long deck that has sun at different times of day. The views are amazing & it was so quiet!! Will definitely return when next in Raglan.

Lovely house and excellent vacation

We loved the house. Well equipped kitchen if you are planning to cook. House has a great heating system so we did not feel cold. The view is simply stunning. Julls made the check in very smooth and was very accommodating too. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing!!

This property did not disappoint! Was exactly as described and perfectly suited our family group ranging from teens to elderly grandparents. The kitchen has every utensil you could ever need, and there was plenty of space for us all to spread out. Is in a lovely quiet location a little way out of town (not walkable), in a beautiful bush setting with incredible views! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing all round

Julls was very informative and fast to respond to any queries leading up to our stay. The view from the house was amazing. The kitchen is very well stocked up, there were a couple of items which we had forgotten to pack, but we were able to utilise some of the items in the pantry. Could not fault the whole experience. Cyclone Tam no match for Byron Hill!

What a perfect place to weather a storm! Stayed here with family and friends for Te Aranga/Easter and watched the wild weather from our accommodation but were safe and sound inside. Had all seasons in a weekend, so still managed a couple of strolls along the surf beach and the estuary and also to Wairēinga/Bridal Veil Falls, as well as taking in the view from the separate deck in the garden. Great kitchen for cooking up a storm (including hot cross buns!) and easily one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. Excellent.

Property is clean and well maintained, house requires shoes left at the door which I greatly appreciate . Excellent equipped kitchen. Large enough to accommodate 2 families with sleeping areas on both sides of the house. Wonderful views. Regular night visits from an owl was interesting. Experience with Julls is wonderful, from initial queries to booking to duration of stay. Replies were prompt and information about the property upfront and transparent. There was an issue with an unconnected gas bottle during the stay resulting in no gas for showers or cooking. Julls replied to my emails almost immediately and showed up to resolve the issue within 30 mins. Would definitely recommend to others and also book this property again

The house exceeded all our expectations. The photos don't give you the sense of how large this house is and how much room there is. It is so well stocked in terms of anything you could possible need in the kitchen. The beds are all super comfy. But the best is the amazing location. Quiet and peaceful where you can only hear the beautiful bird song. The view would have to be one of the best in all of Raglan. Julls is a great communicator and everything was super easy. Would be back in a heartbeat.
