Borders Retreat, Cosy Character Cottage Greytown

Borders Retreat is a delightful character cottage, situated on a quiet street, tucked away amongst trees with a private driveway for parking.

There are three bedrooms to choose from, the sumptuous mezzanine bedroom, the sunny garden bedroom with french doors out to the garden or the twin bedroom with two single beds. The downstairs bedrooms can be closed off from the rest of the house, leaving the mezzanine bedroom perfectly cosy in the winter with the logburner going.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area and is just a five minute stroll from the gorgeous cafes, restaurants and designer clothes shops in the town and just around the corner from the supermarket. We are also just a ten minute walk from the new rail trail, which is a lovely walk/biking track for families. We are just a few minutes drive or 15 minute walk from the swimming pool and family play park and a five minute drive from the river.

Borders Retreat is very cosy in winter with all firewood supplied.
