ENTIRE BACH AND SECTION TO YOURSELF!

Beautiful 1950's bach that has been renovated over the years. Two bedrooms with open plan kitchen, dining and living including a sleepout with bathroom.
Deck catching all day sun with a lawn for the kids to play.

Room for a boat and facilities to clean.

Addition to bach - there is a sleepout available which sleeps 4 (queen bed and a set of bunks) with it's own toilet and shower.

It is just a 1 minute walk to the Marsden Bay beach/ playground and a 10 minute walk to Marden Cove Marina complex.

Perfect for a summer family holiday. As a kid we enjoyed our summers in this kiwi bach.

Why they chose this property

We grew up in this bach/ area every summer as kids. Bike rides to the shop for ice cream, swims at Marsden Bay and boat trips out in the harbour.

What makes this property unique

Large Deck, all day sun, close to the water.

It's that classic kiwi bach that stands amongst the multi-million dollar places but feels like home to everybody who stays.
