Set around a private courtyard pool, Blackpool Boathouse offers three super-king bedrooms, three bathrooms and an easy walk to Oneroa Village and Blackpool Beach. Two bedrooms are in the main house, while the third is in a separate studio with its own bathroom. Central air conditioning and heating, a wood fire, BBQ, outdoor dining, fully fenced grounds and on-site parking make it well suited to families and small groups.



The Space:

Blackpool Boathouse is arranged around a private central courtyard pool, with the main living areas opening directly to the poolside deck.



The open-plan living and dining area connects easily with the kitchen and outdoor entertaining spaces, creating a practical layout for groups spending time together. The main house has central air conditioning with heating for year-round comfort, along with a wood fire for cooler stays.



The kitchen is professionally equipped for cooking at home, with the indoor dining area positioned close to the pool and outdoor spaces.



Outside, the courtyard includes the private pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining table and BBQ, giving guests plenty of space for meals and relaxing outdoors.



Two bedrooms are located in the main house, each with access to its own full bathroom. The third bedroom is located in a separate self-contained studio with its own bathroom, providing additional privacy for couples, older teens or guests wanting their own space.

Guest Access:

Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is 10:30am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee depending on same-day bookings. Guests have full use of the home, studio, courtyard pool, BBQ area, and on-site parking. The property is fully fenced.



The Neighborhood:

Blackpool Boathouse is in a convenient location close to Blackpool Beach and Oneroa Village, with cafés, restaurants, shops and galleries within easy reach.



For breakfast or coffee, Wai Kitchen and Akito are located in Oneroa. Fenice offers Italian dining in the village, while The Oyster Inn is another option for lunch or dinner.



Nearby vineyards include Cable Bay and Mudbrick, both a short drive from the property and popular for dining and wine tastings.



Oneroa’s boutiques, galleries and shops are all close by, making the property a convenient base for exploring this part of Waiheke Island.



Getting Around:

The nearest bus stop is within walking distance and connects directly to Oneroa, Onetangi, Palm Beach, and the ferry terminals. Buses stop outside major wineries including Cable Bay, Mudbrick, Stonyridge, Tantalus, Te Motu, Wild on Waiheke, and The Heke. Taxis, rental cars, scooters, and e-bikes are also available. On-site parking is provided.



Other Things to Note:

This is a self-catered holiday home, not a fully catered stay. We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, coffee, tea, and milk to help you settle in on arrival. Once these starter items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.



For properties with a fireplace, stays between 1 June and 30 September include a starter supply of firewood. Additional firewood can be purchased from local petrol stations, Woolworths, Four Square, and PlaceMakers.



Beach towels are provided at this property.



Water Use - Tank Supply:

This property operates on rainwater tanks, so guests need to be mindful of water use, especially in summer.



Pets considered on request and must be approved in writing.



Minimum stays: 7 nights mid-Dec to mid-Jan, 3 nights on all holiday weekends.



Pool can be heated for a fee but the temperature can not be guaranteed to rise above 18 degrees if there has been lots of rain.
