Set back from the road and shaded by lush trees, Newberry Cottage offers a tranquil coastal experience in the heart of Dunsborough. The home’s classic exterior features wrap-around verandas, timber cladding, and charming French doors that create a seamless indoor-outdoor feel.
Step inside to find a light-filled open-plan living area, where comfortable sofas, a crackling wood fireplace, a record player, and board games invite you to unwind in style. The adjoining dining area flows effortlessly into the well-equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances and everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. Reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures comfort year-round.
The bedrooms are designed for restful nights, with the primary bedroom featuring a king bed, ensuite, and direct deck access. The second bedroom offers an inviting queen bed with French doors opening onto the front veranda, whilst the third bedroom includes two single beds. They share a charming federation-style bathroom with a bath and shower.
The spacious rear garden is a true highlight—fitted with a dining deck under a large umbrella, a BBQ, a shaded daybed, and a fire pit with seating. It’s the perfect place to gather, whether you're sipping coffee in the morning or roasting marshmallows at night. For extra fun, a mini games room in the garden shed offers table tennis and a comfy sofa, keeping kids and teens entertained.
Additional features include high-speed Wi-Fi, off-street parking, and a fully equipped laundry area.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
