The cabin was wonderful, the host was readily available when needed. The only thing that I did not like was there was no grill, we did enjoy the fire pit!
Very cute cabin with a great view of the lake. Comfortable for a vacation. We enjoyed the screened in porch which kept the bugs from bothering us. Internet and phone service was iffy, but otherwise we had a great time!

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful feedback. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the convenient location and that Johnny and our front desk team provided attentive service to make your stay comfortable. It's great to know that the maintenance issues, including the water leak and fan replacement, were addressed promptly to your satisfaction. We truly appreciate you taking the time to recognize our team's efforts. It was our pleasure to host you, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another fantastic stay.
The cabin is beautiful and was perfect for the work trip (writing focused). The loft space was perfect for writing. The outdoor areas were wonderful for morning coffee and quiet contemplation.
Very nice cabin. Clean and orderly. The beds were super comfortable! Host was on top of everything. Questions were answered in a very timely manner! Highly recommend this property!
We did some fishing, made some smores, and enjoyed the house very much. Really appreciate the firewood provided. The only thing that would have made the trip better would have been a grill at the house so we could BBQ.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
House is really cute and inside very interesting and perfectly clean. We had several issues - internet too spotty to use (no work, no TV), no water by dock, neighborhood not great. No matches to light fire-pit and no wood made available. All restaurants and activities closed because considered off season (even hiking). Outdoors not clean-cushions wet or moldy - no comfortable seating on screened porch. Very quiet and we loved the birds but this trip was disappointing. I needed to work and could not. For the money we don't feel this was worth the trip. Hosts were great and the house is very cool - apologies for a less than stellar review but this was just not what we were looking for.

We’re glad you enjoyed the cabin’s unique character, cleanliness, and peaceful setting, and we appreciate your thoughtful feedback. We’re sorry some aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. After your visit, we replaced the outdoor cushion storage box with a more durable option to better protect the seating area from the weather moving forward. As noted in the listing, the cabin’s rural location can occasionally impact WiFi reliability, though new high-speed internet service has recently become available in the area, and we’re exploring upgrades for a better guest experience. While seasonal business closures are outside of our control, we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and continue improving the experience for future guests.
