Quiet and convenient

Great property and a great location. The host was more than welcoming and very easy to communicate to. This was our second visit to this location and we plan to stay again if availability allows.

Wonderful house for our family Christmas vacation! The host was terrific. She checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and were not having any problems. She decorated the house beautifully for us …. both inside and out. Large kitchen table for the family to eat at and play games. Duraflame logs were provided for us to enjoy the fireplace. Everything was clean and nice bedroom linens. Good location. Overall, a great place to stay. We would stay here again if ever back in Connecticut.

Picture perfect!

The home was just as it pictured, very comfortable beds, and the view from the back of the home is beautiful as well. There are rabbits hopping around making you feel relaxed to watch them, the birds had a nest with their babies and they were very calming, so when nature enjoys the quiet and beauty you know that you are at a good home.

Graduation Trip Springfield College.

We had a great stay at this property. Beds were very comfortable, which is not usually the case with many rentals. Good clean and hot showers and towels. Property had everything you need including a BBQ for grilling. My family of 6 was comfortable and plenty of room and space for everyone.

Celebrated Sons graduation from University of Harford

location is great, easy access to all areas of Harford including a 15 minute or less drive to the airport.Since the home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac it is very quiet. Deck and Large yard worked well for family outdoor games or just relaxing. The hostess is very accessible and accommodating. Our family stayed here three times during my sons attendance at the University. if we ever have the need to come back this is the first place we will try to book.

Dorothy’s house was absolutely stunning. The check in and check out process was incredibly easy and the location was absolutely perfect. The only issue I faced, and it’s a very minor detail, was that the house may not have been the most appropriate for small children. I traveled with my son and my niece, both of whom are 2 and a half. Dorothy has many stunning, albeit fragile, decorations around the house and I had to keep an extra close eye on both toddlers to make sure nothing was broken. Overall, our stay was perfect and we very much appreciated Dorothy’s hospitality
