The Space:

Nestled in native bushland with ocean glimpses, this spacious retreat offers generous living, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, and a calm, airy atmosphere that perfectly captures laid-back South West living. The main living area is centred around an oversized lounge where guests can settle in for movie nights, board games, or quiet afternoons with a book. Upstairs, a second loft-style living area offers an additional place to unwind, complete with private balcony access and elevated views over the surrounding bushland.

Designed for easy entertaining, the chef’s kitchen features expansive bench space, quality appliances, and a large island ideal for casual bites and morning coffee. The dining space comfortably brings everyone together after days spent exploring nearby beaches, wineries, and walking trails. Outside, the covered alfresco areas extend around the home with outdoor lounge seating, a dining setting, and a BBQ surrounded by lush greenery and a serene atmosphere.

The primary bedroom offers added privacy with direct outdoor access and its own ensuite, while the family bathroom includes both a separate shower and bathtub.

A private laundry area with a washer and dryer is included for added convenience, along with free garage parking and full access to the surrounding bushland grounds. Air conditioning and heating ensure ultimate comfort. Set within a quiet natural landscape, the property offers a true sense of seclusion, with local wildlife occasionally wandering through the grounds.
