The host is very helpful. The space is quiet and neat. The laundry machines provided worked well; the instructions in the online welcome letter are above excellent. Everything was explained via small videos; wonderful! Two drawbacks of this property are:1. The car parking space is difficult to get into and would not be suitable for a large vehicle, at least not with me driving. Better drivers may have no problem. We had a small car so it wasn't a great problem, but I reflected that someone with a big ute or a family car might find it challenging. 2. The hot water was limited and ran out easily. Once again, not a problem; we just split our shower times, no worries.Great things about this property are:1. QUIET. Very quiet. 2. The lift is quick and easy.3. Inclusions. Well-equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV services, etc. 4. Did I say it's quiet? It is very quiet. 5. Easy access to Rockingham and highways. 6. Right next to shops for incidentals (Aldi, Woollies, Coles).7. Across the road from a park with lots of people accessing the park. It had a nice, family sort of feel about it.8. A cinema within an easy walk.9. Gated community. We felt very safe.10. Friendly neighbours. One African woman would sit in one of the public spaces with her baby and was really nice to talk to. The public spaces (green space) have a nice feel to them. This was an enjoyable stay in a nicely equipped and clean apartment. We highly recommend this property.
