Level two forms the heart of the home — a dramatic open-plan living, kitchen and dining zone wrapped in glass. Sink into leather lounges beside the statement fireplace in cooler months, or slide open the doors to invite in the sea breeze. From here, step out onto the deck, where alfresco dining, bar seating, and a gas BBQ overlook the bushland canopy. After the beach, refresh beneath the outdoor shower tucked among the greenery, or gather around the firepit as dusk settles.

The kitchen is made for gathering, with a generous island and gas cooktop serving as a natural meeting point for morning coffee or evening drinks. Quality appliances, an espresso machine and full cookware make entertaining effortless, while expansive windows over the sink draw in the landscape. Nearby, the dining table sets the scene for shared meals with a bottle of Chardonnay.

Upstairs, three tranquil bedrooms await. The primary bedroom features a king bed, leafy views and an ensuite, while the second bedroom also offers a king bed. The third bedroom features two king single beds, ideal for friends or children. A spacious family bathroom with a walk-in shower serves this level. Downstairs, a rumpus room with a TV and lounge seating provides a relaxed retreat for families or groups and doubles as the fourth bedroom, featuring a bunk bed, trundle bed and a double fold-down Murphy bed for additional guests.

Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
