Level two forms the heart of the home — a dramatic open-plan living, kitchen and dining zone wrapped in glass. Sink into leather lounges beside the statement fireplace in cooler months, or slide open the doors to invite in the sea breeze. From here, step out onto the deck, where alfresco dining, bar seating, and a gas BBQ overlook the bushland canopy. After the beach, refresh beneath the outdoor shower tucked among the greenery, or gather around the firepit as dusk settles.
