THE LIVING SPACES are generous and equiped with loads of seating arrangements and nooks to lounge, dine, watch a movie or read by the wood burner.
THE WOOD BURNER is in a cozy nook with comfortable seating for a quiet glass of wine or a return to your favourite holiday read by the fire.
THE MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed a large walk-in wardrobe which can be set up with a cot or small single for a child on request.
THE SECOND BEDROOM is up stairs to a cosy turret with a comfortable queen bed and views over the bay.
A THIRD BEDROOM can be setup in the TV room.
THE CABINS can sleep an additional 6 adults depending on availability and prior arrangement. They are very charming and are connected to additional bathroom facilities by a lit path winding its way from the upper deck up under the Karaka trees.
HEATING includes a wood burner and electric wall heaters in the open plan kitchen/living area. There are also additional heaters in the TV room, hallway and bedrooms.
GUEST ACCESS You have exclusive use of the main villa, including all living areas, a master and queen bedroom, TV room / 3rd bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, front lawn, plus 1 x off-street carpark in the shared parking area.
A shared gate also provides access to neighbouring accommodations, additional bathroom facilities, cabins and a turret annex, up stairs to the left of the villa, some of which can be in included in the booking subject to availability and prior arrangement. Unless explicitly discussed and agreed upon this area is private and NOT INCLUDED in your booking.
*Note if you haven't booked the entire property you may see other guest coming and going through the shared gate.
* There is also additional free parking on the street outside the property.
