Cozy 3 Bedroom Lakefront Cottage
Relax with the whole family at this cozy year round lakefront cottage!
Located on a quiet inlet on Percy Lake with comfortable sleeping for 6 guests.
Steps away from the lake with a sandy walk-in shore as well as deep weed free swimming off the dock. Large deck with seating area, BBQ, 2 Kayaks, paddle boat, new fire pit with seating, large grassy lot for lawn games and so much more!
The space
This space offers 3 Bedrooms (4 beds + air mattress available for living area if needed). Master bedroom has an ensuite and other bathroom is conveniently located just outside the second bedroom. The cottage also has heat and AC.
Full kitchen as well as toaster/microwave/Keurig/coffee maker/kettle/all cooking essentials. Wood fireplace for cooler months & lots of board games.
On a beautiful lake with a dock for your boats. Has a sandy walk-in area for swimming with +/- 150 feet of lakefront. 2 tier lakeside yard for all your yard game fun (many games of which are already there for your use!). New large fire pit area half way down to the lake. Our large full length deck overlooks the entire lakeside of the property. It is located right on the snowmobile trail with some of the best ice fishing around.

Guests have full access to entire cottage.

Please be sure to review our welcome binder that is available on arrival to the cottage that includes things like where to find things around the cottage, nearby activities, golfing, restaurants, emergencies, DEPARTING notes and cottage RULES for during your stay.
MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN: Beach and bath towels, toilet paper and paper towel.
Firewood can be purchased at the cottage shed by the lake for $8.00 during your stay.
ONE set of Linens will be provided on each bed for your stay.
We try to take good care of our cottage so others can enjoy it too and request that upon departure that guests leave it looking the way it was at their arrival.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather your garbage and recycling- you can drop it at the dump (on Haliburton Lake Road) that is on your way our for a $5.00 fee. Please look at the welcome binder for other dump locations
-Check out by 11am latest!
- Please leave inside/outside of the cottage tidy as you found it & take home all your extra food leaving the fridge/freezer empty.
- Turn off all baseboard heaters (winter) & close all windows
- Remove all USED BEDDING ONLY & place on the floor beside the beds. That way the cleaner knows what is dirty and what is still clean.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
