St pierre la mer

Séjour agréable. Maison moderne, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. 11 minutes à pieds (chrono en main) de la plage et 20 minutes du marché en centre-ville. La terrasse au 1er étage est top pour l'apéro du soir. Par contre, pas de vrai barbecue car trop petit pour six et franchement vieillissant, la table de la terrase du rez-de-jardin est trop petite pour six et sale. Propreté générale de la maison à notre arrivée très médiocre. Dommage car la residence est sympa et calme. Jean-Christophe a été très accueillant et arrangeant pour notre arrivée et notre départ

Comme chez soi!

Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire et, sur place, avec Jean-Christophe ( le concierge). Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille dans cette villa. Elle est très bien équipée et les deux terrasses permettent aux jeunes et moins jeunes d'avoir leur espace. La villa se trouve dans une résidence et donc le calme est assuré. A plus de 10 minutes à pied de la mer, je la trouve très bien située, car on peut profiter de la vue sur mer sans être importuné du bruit nocturne de la fête foraine de Saint Pierre ou des concerts. Amoureux de la région, ma famille et moi n'hésiterons pas à relouer cette villa où l'on se sent comme chez soi.

Maison confortable pour 6 personnes. Bien équipée , propre et agréable. Résidence calme mais assez éloignée du centre et des commerces à pieds. La première plage est à 15, voire 20 mn à pieds ( et non à 7 mn comme annoncé) La propriétaire nous a fourni le linge des lits et les serviettes gracieusement, ce qui n'était pas prévu dans l'annonce. Nous la remercions. De même que le concierge qui était réactif.

Schön aber weniger für Kinder

Das Ferienhaus und die Anlage sind sehr schön. Betten sind sehr bequem. Sehr gutes Internet, gute Fernsehanlage. Leider ging der Eiswürfelzubereiter und die Dunstabzugshaube nicht, wir haben es beim Hausmeister bemängelt, aber behoben wurde es während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht. Die Ferienanlage ist eher auf Rentner ausgelegt, das ganze Areal wurde für Fewos und Parkplätze verplant. Es gibt keinen Spielplatz/Bolzplatz zum Toben für Kinder. In der gesamten Anlage sind Spiele verboten, auch im Pool. Mit Kindern, die Bewegung brauchen & Kontakt zu anderen suchen, ist die Anlage definitiv nichts. Die Fahrräder haben wir nicht genutzt, weil die Fahhradketten aufgrund der Witterung sehr rostig waren. Die Kommunikation bzw. Transparenz des Vermieters ist ausbaufähig: Im Expose des Ferienhauses sollte deutlich stehen, dass die Endreinigung 60,- Euro kostet, Bettwäsche und Handtücher pro Bett zusätzlich 15,-Euro, wenn man das nicht selbst übernimmt. Der Code für die Mülleimer wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes zweimal geändert. Um ihn rauszukriegen, muss man sich dann bei den anderen Bewohnern durchfragen. Was uns mehr genervt hat: Der Vermieter sagte der Pool sei bis 15.06. geschlossen, dabei war er seit 1.06. geöffnet, wir haben es 3 T. vor Abreise bemerkt
