The reservation must be in the name of someone 25 or older who must be present and show state or government issued identification. Any reservations not meeting the age requirements will not be given access to amenities. There is an additional $39.59 fee due to the HOA for Resort Amenities/Parking that is due separately prior to arrival at the resort as long as you do it with more than 24 hours in advance. If you book online in less than 24 hours of arrival or on-site, the fee is $50.29.
