THIS IS A GROUND FLOOR UNIT WITH OCEAN VIEWS BUT NOT OCEANFRONT. IT IS 1 of 4 IN THE BUILDING.

Stay with us at this ocean view apartment in a PHENOMENAL location in Jax Beach. Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything you need to enjoy the salt life. It shares an oceanside porch area with the other 3 units.

This property is literally on the beach. It has views of the ocean from the front porch and main bedroom. If you are looking for a place close to the beach you cannot find a better place.

This residence is part of a 4 unit building. All 4 residences are owned by us and are vacation rentals. You will have your own private entrance and the residence is on the bottom (1st) floor with views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Street parking in the area is available but there is a public parking lot beside the building. There are 5 private parking spaces on the property that are shared with the other 3 units and are first come, first served.

2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own TV.

***** For our insurance purposes, we must communicate that guests use bunk beds at their own risk

The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.

Beachfront vacation

The unit was clen, well appointed, and right near the beach as advertised. Communication with the management team was efficient and prompt. We would not heistate to stay there again - but would seek to rent one of the second floor units with more balcony space and a better view of the ocean.

Everything was perfect! The decor is simple, yet sleek. The upgrades are impeccable and tasteful. Loved the bunk beds! We didn’t bring our dog this time, but love that it is an option since it is so difficult to find nice pet friendly rentals! Go ahead and book it now...literally steps to the beach!

Beach walks in the morning only steps away.

Having the beach outside our front door gave our morning walks a whole new meaning. It was peaceful and serine. Even though the access is public and next to a public parking, I highly recommend this location for those that relish a walk in the smooth sand of a very clean beach. We truly enjoyed the ease of our stay in a property well stocked for our needs. Especially the full size indoor laundry! Thank you.

4 beach rentals in a house

this is a very cute BLUE house that has been divided into 4 rentals- it is directly on the beach: depending on which unit you get. i would stay a way from any downstair unit. the house is not well insulated so noise is a big concern- every step could be heard from above as well as showers, toilets and conversations. it is also right next to a public parking area for the beach. too much noise and not a lot of privacy. it is perfect for a short beach weekend if these issues are not a big deal for you. compared to other locations the price is high.

Disappointing for the price point

I wanted to love this stay. Ok for the pros....This place is in a great location in Jacksonville beach walking distance to the beach and close to Neptune, Ponte Vedra with plenty of restaurants and bars near by. The interior is lovely and clean. These are big deal breakers I wish I had known upon booking: The check in time is 4pm and they will offer early check in but you have to pay extra. In all of my years staying at Air B&B and VBRO's I've never been denied a free early check in as long as the tenants were out and it was cleaned. I asked for a 2pm check in and paid the $25 in order to get in to take a Zoom meeting. Coming from the airport, I needed to get settled and needed a quiet place to "land" so I paid the fee. It turns out, I got denied early check in, with no reason day of, well after my Uber dropped me off in the rain and the code to unlock the door repeatedly didn't work. I messaged and called Nomad Hospitality to see why it wasn't working and only after it was too late (and I missed my meeting) did they inform me that they denied the early check in ---this is the same company that offered me early check in payment link the day or two before so that left me extremely bewildered and frustrated. Check out was 11am promptly. That's 19 hours for $350 1 night stay. I asked for a 12pm check out given I had another meeting in the AM and would not have enough time to pack up after. DENIED. Little things could have been done to accommodate a much better experience.

Right on beach access!

Great for a family of four. Has all the amenities you need except no pool or jacuzzi, but we did not need those. Dogs allowed for a small fee and also allowed on the beach, leased of course. Area was clean and safe. Lots of places to eat that were not too crowded, unlike other places we have traveled to lately.
