This two-bedroom condo in the Coconut Palms Beach Resort/Royal Palm Resort II is on the beach and steps away from the ocean. The spacious ocean front unit features full equipped kitchens with granite countertops, 2 full bathrooms, flat screen TVs and balconies. It can accommodate up to 6 guests. The condo building is right on the beach with 3 outdoor swimming pools. It is very family friendly. You can request for crib and high chair. There is also laundry facility onsite. Just outside your door, you will find a picnic area, fitness facilities, a children’s playground, snack bar, and beach access.
New Smyrna Beach is a quite and charming beach town. 15-minute drive to Daytona Beach, 30-minute drive from the Kennedy Space Center, and 45-minute drive to Orlando. It boasts thirteen miles of white sand beaches, and the only drive-on beach in Florida. You can walk to Flager Avenue and Canal Street to enjoy unique shops and restaurants and the Canaveral National Seashore, just a short drive south. There are also plenty of grocery stores and restaurants with 10-minute drive radius.
