They already successfully rent Sillycreek Cottage (vrbo 360284) which has garnered over one hundred 5 star reviews. New empty nesters, the owners have now decided to turn the former playhouse into a beautiful cottage which is detached, fully equipped, and privately tucked away behind garden foliage. The owners of the cottage are working professionals who live in the main house onsite. They are available to provide assistance/information as required, but are otherwise respectful of your privacy. Their housekeeper is also often able to provide additional services such as laundry or daily cleaning all at an additional cost, if desired. The Gazebo offers a unique experience. The delightful space - which is now undergoing a complete rebuild and addition of a new pool - is perfect for a solo traveller or couple wanting to safely experience true island life but with all the modern conveniences. It is located in the heart of the exclusive Grace Bay area and less than a one minute drive from the world famous Grace Bay Beach, shopping district and several great restaurants. The Gazebo is airconditioned, with a kitchenette, dedicated driveway and gate, high speed internet and no shared amenities (except the pool which also serves the main house). In this upscale residential neighborhood, you will hear dogs barking, see kids playing, watch birds butterflies and geckos scamper about the garden and even get visits from the friendly house cat. Perfect for those wanting to escape the bustle and experience true island life in a modern setting sprinkled with island charm. Cozy Getaway

Location was close to most places we wanted to check out. Riding the bikes was a quick way to get around, but also walkable if you wanted to.

Great little cottage close to the beach

Loved this cute little cottage with a beachy feel to it. Perfect place for two adults doing a week long stay. Close to the beach, close to the main part of town. Very friendly and attentive hosts. Would definitely come stay again!

Lovely short stay

A fun little shack that was cozy and smelled divine. Didn’t need a rental car, the bikes were great to cruise down to beaches or many other places around. Dogs were cute and goats next door were a funny wake up call in the morning! Breakfast provided was plentiful and tasty!

Cozy Getaway

Had a wonderful time here with my girlfriend, the space was super great and had all the creature comforts just like being at my own home. The property was very pretty and in walking distance to Grace Bay. Look forward to coming back !

Cure Cottage

We enjoyed our stay. The Gazebo is close to the beach and walking distance to “town.” The garden surrounding the Gazebo is lush and private. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Quiet backyard oasis

This casita is perfect for solo travellers or couples who want to have a quiet oasis within the buzzing Grace Bay area. Heather was a wonderful host and I greatly appreciated her help and hospitality.

Great location!

Good location if you want to be close to Grace Bay but not right in GB. Felt very secure and private. Nice layout with screened in porch, kitchen then bedroom/bathroom with A/C. Very responsive to questions.

Good and cozy

A nice small place in a great location. Very close to shops and restaurants and beaches. We biked a few times to the beach. AC was very helpful. Small kitchen was enough to do the job. No one bothered us. Goats next door were fine. Owners were very nice. They right next door but it doesn’t feel too near. Never ran out of hot water.

My first vacation to Turks and Caicos

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience in Turks and Caicos. The gazebo is in a great location, close to shopping district and it had everything we needed. We loved sitting in the screened porch every evening enjoying our dinner and wine and listening to music. We used the BBQ one night. The gardens are lovely and made our stay so peaceful.

A little bit of paradise

Fantastic! The Gazebo was just what we had hoped for: cozy, nicely laid out, beautifully decorated, with a perfect setting in a lush garden. The screened in porch was perfect for early mornings and late evenings. The location is perfect with a short walk or shorter bike ride to Grace Bay Beach. Everyone is friendly!!

Wonderful Little Cottage!

We stayed for three days before our friends were coming down to be with us in a larger home. The three days here were such a great start to our two week stay! It’s absolutely cozy and perfect for a couple. It’s very new inside. The air conditioning works great! The location is outstanding and we walked to Cocoa Bistro on our first night, just around the corner. The beach is close as well. I highly recommend this charming spot.

A lovely stay! The little garden get-away was super clean, really cute and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely welcoming and generous -- they even gave us beach chairs & an umbrella. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes -- and we were able to walk to a ton of nearby restaurants & bars. Do bring along some ear plugs for the neighbors' dogs, who get excited in the middle of the night sometimes :) The area around the apartment is a gorgeous garden -- and we really hope to return soon!!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was in a great location and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedroom had air conditioning and there was an en-suite bathroom. Restaurants, the main area of Grace Bay, grocery store and most importantly the beach are easily walkable. The beach is about a 15 minute walk, with some restaurants only a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood felt very safe and we returned from dinner every night in the dark by walking. The beach chairs and umbrella were nice to have. My wife and I used the two bicycles to bike to Smith’s Reef where we did some snorkeling. We would definitely recommend this place to other interested customers.

An amazing place for two!

Heather was an amazing host. She was always a text, or phone call away. She was very attentive and welcoming. She left us fruit, and basic necessities. (Toilet paper, towels, salt, pepper, water etc. ) The house itself is modern and in a very picturesque spot with greenery all over the back yard. It’s truly a lovely spot to just get away. Juan and I will surely visit for the honeymoon 😂. The kindest and most welcoming host I’ve ever had.

I could live here

From start to finish, my experience at the Cottage was wonderful. The property is gorgeous with an amazing garden and breathtaking plants, flowers and trees throughout. The little Casita is perfect for one or a couple. The bed is very comfy and sleeping in the property was dreamy. Perfectly located to everything in Grace Bay but a car is always recommended to explore. If you’re thinking about booking the property, do it! It was a pleasure to meet Keisha and Heather, they are very friendly. I would return a million times!

Just need to spray the room regularly for mosquitos but Heather is quick to reply & provide it. I would suggest to spray it every 3rd day to prevent it. Or have the flooring in the room be changed to regular. Overall, nice quite area & like 15 min walk to the beach if you don't mind walking. I hope to come back next year. ❤️

This is a great base for exploring the island. I hired a car which meant that all the beautiful beaches were very easily commutable and some absolute gems within a 10 min drive. There are bikes available at the property along with beach chairs, towels, umbrella and some brilliant lilos. These are a very nice touch and made our stay all thay more enjoyable. Heather gave some great advice and pointed me in the direction of Taylor bay beach which was a beautiful shelted beach. My overall favorite beach was Malcom's which was about a 30 min drive. You have to take it steady as not very even ground but it's well worth the drive. Grace bay is gorgeous and only a 10 ro 15 min walk. The local food is very nice and one of our favourite meals was in Caicos Cafe which is well worth a visit. The kitchen has everything you need to make a nice breakfast and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. I reccomend this place for your stay in Provo.

pests and cleanliness issues

The place was overrun with flies, mosquitos and cockroach. The bathroom had a mildewy smell. Although the owner was very responsive and even got us bug sprays, citronella candles, it was not sufficient to override the pest problem and the mildewy smell of the bathroom.

Very Relaxing

The Gazebo worked out perfectly for us. The layout was very efficient. The bathroom was just off the bedroom and had a very nice walk in shower with plenty of water pressure. The Bedroom A/C and TV worked great along with a ceiling fan.. Outside of the bedroom was a screened in porch for having our morning coffee and breakfast. The kitchenette off the porch was well laid out with all the essentials. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The Gazebo is a five minute walk to Grace Bay Beach , the nicest Beach we have ever ver been to. The water was gorgeous and about 78 degrees. The sand was fine like powder. We definitely hope to return- SOON! Jim and Laurie
