Wir haben zum 2. Mal Casa Michelle in Ascona gebucht. .Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen.Einige Urlauber meinten das Haus sei etwas hellhörig, was wir nicht bestĂ€tigen können.Wenn aber manche Menschen Möbel umstellen, muss man sich nicht wundern. FĂŒr uns war alles optimal. Auch Frau T.F.freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man wohnt zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Wir werden auch nĂ€chstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist in guter Lage,egal ob mit ÖV oder Auto angereist wird. Geeignet fĂŒr 1-2 Personen. Gute Ausstattung,KĂŒche mit 4 Herdplatten/Backofen/GeschirrspĂŒhler. Die Leute vor Ort,Reseption,sind sehr freundlich. Abfall,Pet/Alu/Papier/Karton können vor Ort entsorgt werden. Etwas "ringhörig",ansonsten alles tiptop.

Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Parkplatz kann man, wenn verfĂŒgbar, fĂŒr Fr.10.--- dazu mieten, was bei der Ausschreibung ungenau deklariert ist. Wenn man mit Parkplatz sucht, dann erweckt dies die Annahme, dass ein Parkplatz kostenlos dabei ist,so wie es bei einer anderen Bewertung zur Ueberraschung gefĂŒhrt hat, was ich verstehen kann. Preis- Leistung ist i.o. GrundsĂ€tzlich sauber, jedoch einzelne Punkte wie WC-TĂŒre, Abluftfilter dĂŒrften auch einmal geputzt werden. Wir waren zufrieden.

Gute zentrale Lage, ausreichende GrĂ¶ĂŸe und Ausstattung fĂŒr 2 Personen, Preis/Leistung stimmt

Die Fewo ist eine von 16 (?) in einem Appartementhaus. Die Wohnzimmer-Möbel sind schon etwas Ă€lter und von der Anzahl her gerade ausreichend fĂŒr 2 Personen. Bad ist sauber. KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist zu empfehlen (Bushaltestelle 5 Minuten). Bis ins Zentrum oder zur Hafenpromenade lĂ€uft man 10 Minuten. Supermarkt ist auch gleich in der NĂ€he. Der Bus nach Locarno fĂ€hrt alle 15 Minuten. Wir waren in der Vorsaison Ende MĂ€rz dort zu Beginn des FrĂŒhlings und sehr zufrieden mit dem Wetter und dem Preis- Leistungs- VerhĂ€ltnis der Fewo.
