This townhome features floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, dual master suites, a washer/dryer, BBQ and one-car garage. Enjoy views of the 18th fairway at Old Greenwood’s Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course from the private deck.
Guests of East West Hospitality enjoy access to ‘The Pavilion’ featuring an outdoor, year-round, heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, and bar/grill. Golf, tennis, a waterslide, playground and ski shuttle service to Northstar California are offered seasonally.
Reservations include a mandatory Damage Waiver Fee which covers accidental damage up to $3,000 dollars. Report all accidents and damage prior to check out so necessary repairs may be scheduled. This Damage Waiver does not cover deliberate, intentional, or negligent damage.

Beautiful Property

It was a beautiful property. The high ceiling with the stone and wood accents, plus numerous large windows created a warm mountain home. We had to arrive around 10 pm, but it was easy to check in. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property

Our small group of teens and moms had a phenomenal snow weekend at this comfortable, clean, spacious property. The location was within a quick 15 minutes of Northstar and Truckee village. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and we all had an excellent time.

Fall Escape

The property was perfect for 2 to 4 people for a fall getaway. We particularly enjoyed walking throughout Old Greenwood and enjoying the first signs of fall colors. The management was very responsive to one or two small issues that arose. We will stay again.

Great Truckee location!

Very comfortable, modern town home. Peaceful & quiet golf course neighborhood. Very convenient to Truckee and Sugarbowl resort. Minor criticisms: the unit only had two cereal bowls and the on-site restaurant charges an auto gratuity of 22% regardless of party size. Both of those things are minor annoyances. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Building 5-B

It was ok. Smaller than we thought. We also thought there was a hot tub for the unit which there was not. Deck doors would not lock. Sparsely equipped in the kitchen-tough to really cook due to limited items. Front desk people had nothing to do-maybe could keep the game room clean??? Would not stay in this unit again but love the property in general.

We checked our listing & the photos & neither mention a hot tub, but hopefully you were able to enjoy the terrific outdoor, communal hot tubs at "The Pavilion". Each of our residences is outfitted with a full housewares package -- which includes pots, pans, cooking & eating utensils, glassware, cups, measuring cups, a blender, cookie sheets, cutting boards, etc. etc. This is a requirement & standard so we will look into this. In future, please reach out to our reservations team as they would be happy to help find you the perfect residence.

Taho Fun

Very nice home place in a great setting. Everything in the home was perfect for out stay. We have stayed in another property at this location and they are build very well. This is perfect for two couples. I would stay here again and recommend the place. Check in was good other than we could never get through to the front desk on the number that was provided but the check in and check out was easy. One thing that was disappointing was the walkway to the home never had been cleaned from the big snow 3 weeks ago! It was treacherous and extremely icy making it very dangerous. We delt with it but I almost fell several times. Because of timing and not being able to call them and get an answer we didn't get to say anything until we left. Other than that it was a great stay!
