"Cozy Lake-view" is on the lower garden level & is one of two private listings in our farmhouse; your door opens onto the elevated lawn with great views for basking, fire-pit cooking, and a lake-view swing. Enjoy Family Fun or a Romantic Getaway. *Ask about the Wolf Preserve and Alpaca Experience Nearby. Easy access to Delaware Water Gap for great hiking; Appalachian trail access. Great Farm Fresh Markets. Walk/bike Rails 2 Trails. Kids help feed & pet animals at the farm here, & play outdoors. **There is no Saturday check-in/out. **Minimum of 3-day on Holidays. We enjoy hosting guests in our three farm-stay listings, including a 2 BR+ single family "Lake-view Cottage", as well as the private garden level "Cozy Lake-view Apartment" and the "Gorgeous Lake-view Apartment" in our Farmhouse. My daughter and I give tours of our chickens, bunnies and ducks, Please send a request for interest in Vermiculture, Guided Animal Tracking (the snow is great), wild foraging, outdoor games, wading in stream pools, forest mandalas, When we are not working here on the farm, we enjoy hiking, cooking local homegrown foods, and reading.

Why they chose this property

Our many acres of Farmland has easy access to NYC via Rt. 80, as well as Delaware Water Gap Recreational Area. Rest and take in the spacious views of the fields and Lake, walk the trails, and enjoy all fun the local area has to offer. Skiing and Tubing is coming soon! Within a half there are Ski Areas. Summer brings Kayaking, canoeing and tubing just nearby; there are several great hiking parks nearby, including the Appalachian trail, or the extensive mountain trails at Delaware Water Gap National Recreational Area. Don't miss the popular Lakota Wolf Preserve, as well as a new Alpaca Experience just a short distance away. Make Reservations, as they fill quickly.

What makes this property unique

Enter down a long natural stone driveway and cross over a bridge to enter this 80 Acre property. We have our own trails and a new one through the woods to the lake. Streams run throughout the property, and we have farm tours as well as other activities available for children and adults.
