Regular Season renter has cancelled due business travel. Rates are now reduced for 7 nights, Sept 16-23, 2023 (only). Signal Point Condo #12 - all on ground level, one level with sunken living room, beautiful and cozy 2 bed/2 bath unit on picturesque Mill Cove, w/ views of the Gulf of Maine from the front door. Sleeps 4 and has 2 additional day beds. Maine art & furnishings. Living room/Dining Room areas w/ breakfast/computer nook and printer. Brand new support mattresses, New (2021) Luxury King Bed in Master and 2 Support Twins (new 2020) in 2nd BD,. Patio furniture seats, 4 with new petite Gas Grill 2021. Super Speed WIFI/Cable TV w/120 Channels. New Washer Dryer . Very Well-equipped kitchen with new (2022 appliances. In the summer, 1 mini portable AC unit provided. Welcome basket w/Maine goodies. 2 parking spaces assigned/2 additional guest spaces. Central HEATING. (Gas fireplace living room available @ $45 charge per week) Easy walk to town:, dining, many shops, galleries, seasonal tour boats, harbor (7-10 mins walk). Sorry, NO pets. Adults (21+) only please. Children Ages 1-17 must be accompanied by an adult. No Smoking in premises. Local Property manager is available 24/7. Enjoy!

Like home with a beautiful view

We have stayed at several properties through VRBO, and this is the best equipped by far. There was nothing needed that we could not find provided. The constantly changing view of the surrounding waters makes this a special place. This is our 5th year staying at a property in Signal Point and the overall community is great and close to everything in town. We will be returning to Boothbay Harbor next fall.

This is the best equipped rental we have ever had. The location -- with just a short walk to town -- is perfect, the view is marvelous, the manager couldn't be more cooperative. In short, you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful condo. Beautiful location

We have rented condos/townhouses on many occasions. #12 Signal Point is by far the nicest, cleanest, well stocked we have had the pleasure of using. The owner and property manager could not be more accommodating.

We are now year-round Mainers as of 2020! We live in Boothbay Harbor too, on the far side of Mill Cove! We afford you complete privacy! Enjoy! Our house agent is available from 8 AM - 8 PM for any emergencies or by appointment. Agent info in the condo.

Why they chose this property

Private, quiet, condo, secure Signal Point, with a beautiful private harbor/dock too. Walk to town, 6 minutes drive to shopping center on Rt. 27, with Hannaford supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy, Natural Pharmacy, dry cleaners, and laundry services, gas station and gourmet Pinkham's Super Market. Boothbay Harbor is home to the friendliest folks in Maine. Easy drive to Rockland for lunch and the Farnsworth Art Museum. Wiscasset is nearby and fun for antique hunting and dinner out. Damariscotta is 20 minutes away and the river views are spectacular; we eat once a week at The Damariscotta River Grill! Great shopping there too. Boothbay restaurants are great especially Coastal Prime $$$ and Tug Boat $$ and the China Sea$$$. Make sure to take the day boat trip to Monhegan Island, 12 miles off shore, just for lunch, art hunting, the views and local brew! Incredible views from the boat trip out and back! Contact Balmy Days Cruises for details. A picnic in East Boothbay at Ocean Point is a MUST, and there are 7 land Trusts in the area with easy to moderately difficult walking trails, nature abounds. July 20-Sept 25 sunning (and swimming!) is great at Pemaquid Beach, private paid parking and very clean sand, about 35 mins away.

We also have a gas fireplace in the living room, which is available to renters in the months of May, and October- January, for an additional $45 per week. House manager will arrange on arrival.
