Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All beach accessories should be rinsed, dried and returned to their designated area for future guests to enjoy. Failure to do so will result in a $25 extra cleaning fee. This is not housekeepings job.
Any unreturned towels will result in a $50 service charge to replace.
Any damaged/missing, or unreplaced items will result in a $100 service charge to replace.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must be 25 to stay, unless authorized by the host! Strictly animal-free due to severe pet allergies, health and safety hazards for my family.
Please add all guests to your reservation. Please provide government ID's for each adult within 48 hrs prior to check in.
NO PETS! Violators will forfeit their deposit & asked to leave without refund. We have a Ring Peephole & it only monitors outside unit for deliveries

We enjoyed our stay it is a very nice place, 2nd bedroom is quite small, the condo is nicely decorated. The host was very responsive. It was too cold for us to take advantage of the pool area but looked wonderful.

I had a great time in Destin. The property was located near beach and had good swimming pool including 2 heated pools open till 11. Location is good room was clean. Check in was seamless easy parking was free. The only thing i felt was the sheets are old. The difference if you compare to hotel are there in terms of service but still I would rate this place a 5 star as place is good and host was vety promt abd responsive. Thanks for having us.

The hosts were incredible from check in to check out. My family enjoyed all the amenities from the beach closet to the extra linens. The porch is a beautiful spot to enjoy coffee in the morning before the day starts. My sons didn’t ever want to leave the pool. Very impressed and will rebook for future trips.

Excellent experience. We decided last minute to extend our trip by a day and were lucky enough to find Angela’s unit that would grant a one night stay on short notice. We had a big group of people and still felt comfortable. The pictures on the website don’t show how compact the second room is or that it shares the room with washer and dryer. The bathrooms are spacious and very clean. The sofa bed is ok for kids but would be hard for an adult to sleep on- so plan accordingly. Overall it was a good experience at a nice location. The host was readily available and super nice. The staff at the resort were fabulous as well! Thanks for a pleasant and relaxing vacation!

Clean condo and Great communication with the owner

Angela was wonderful to work with and was very informative about our stay. Great location. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Very nice pool area. Easy check in process. The elevators and hallways did have a smell and that wasn’t pleasant but that has nothing to with the property owner.

Can't say enough about how impressed we were prior to arrival. Angela's communication was on point and timely throughout the process. The unit was clean, the grounds were clean. We cooked several big meals and never needed anything. The wagon and beach toys were very much appreciated. Great spot with lots to do and see.

Amazing condo

This condo is exactly as listed. Very clean and cozy with relaxing aesthetic. We loved the views!! We checked in after hours and the security guy was very quick to meet me at the front desk and the check in process was smooth and fast. The main pool was closed off with caution tape but that did not affect us at all. We enjoyed our time there and definitely would stay there again. The host is very quick to respond to messages. I give the whole stay a 10/10.

Palms of Destin

This property was perfect for our 4th of July vacation. The Palms of Destin is a perfect location to all there is to do in Destin. The unit is clean, has a nice view, and comes with everything you need to get your trip started. It is a short walk to the beach, Marina, restaurants, and shopping. The on site amenities were top notch. The pool, bar, and food was perfect. Angela was an exceptional host!! She communicates well. She had Destin information on things to do in the condo! I would definitely stay again!! Thanks Angela!!

Great Vacation!

We had a great stay! The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. We did have one on the pullout couch and it was not the most comfortable. I would say for kids it would work great though. One thing we wish we would have figured out sooner was that the shuttle is super flexible! You can call for a ride anytime and as long as it’s close they will bring you! It saves a lot in Ubers! We hope to come back! Thanks Angela!

Clean, beautiful view, great host!

We had a wonderful weeklong stay here in June. Communication with the host was great! Check-in was simple. We loved having the beach toys, inflatables, and wagon that are available in the condo to use. The condo is beautifully decorated and the view is great! The second bedroom is pretty small but fine for sleeping! We loved the pools and hot tub at the resort. The walk to the beach was manageable even with a 6 month old baby in tow :). There was a shuttle that was also available to use at the resort. We didn't utilize the shuttle during our stay but we did talk to the driver, Lance, and he seemed very accommodating and helpful! The condo is located in the perfect location and there are a million things nearby to do while on vacation! We would 100% book this condo again!!
