BEACH HAVEN Assatique/Berlin Dog friendly, outside bar and kitchen

Animal friendly 1900's remodel farm house. Great for 2 couples! 1 mile from Berlin,10 minutes from Ocean City and Assateague. Berlin and Assateague are both dog friendly. The Ocean room is the master with a kind bed on the second floor with bathroom. The Bay Room is on the second floor, double bed. Bathroom on first floor. Has a kitchen, living room, sun room, outdoor bar and kitchen and patio. My boyfriend, Lee and I live on the back of the property in a camper. So we are right here if you need anything or have any questions.

Laurie communicated very well and was available at check in. Property location is very convenient to Berlin and Assateague Island. I chose this property because it accepted pets and there are not many options for this in the area. Everything you need is provided. We did not have any problems or issues with this property and were happy to be with our two dogs.

We loved this place. Excellent location. Enjoyed our days on the beach and shopping in Berlin. Loved sitting outside in fenced in yard, perfect for our dog. The decor is so cute, everywhere you look there is something to enjoy. Our host Lori was the best! Told us places to see and enjoyed talking with her. We would recommend

We loved Laurie's home! So comfortable and clean. There are so many great spots to sit both inside and out. The outdoor bar area is really fun, the beds comfortable, kitchen had all we needed. Our host comunicated to be sure we had no issues and was genuine and helpful. Its such a cute older home full of all conveniences we needed. Loved our stay!

This was a magical, wonderful place to stay. It is a beautiful home with modern updates and wonderful gardens. The owner clearly has a green thumb and the plants and fountains inside and outside add to the peaceful, lovely energy. It is excellent for pets (there are two fenced areas for dogs), central to downtown Berlin while located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and very close to the National Seashore beaches. What a lovely spot. The host was friendly, communicative, easy-going, and very hospitable. It was a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful vacation and this house was perfect in so many ways! Not only is the house in a great location, but it is exceptionally clean and the artistic vibe and property are jaw-droppingly cool and fun! Also, the fact that this is a dog-friendly VRBO with two fully fenced-in areas is a HUGE drawing card for anyone wanting to vacation with their pets (we brought are two dogs). Overall, Laurie is a phenomenal host who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need. We hope to return again in the near future.

This property and its owner were everything we look for in a vacation rental. Listing is as an old farm house does not do it justice. The owner has carefully curated it it with an electric collection of furniture ,pottery and various hand crafted items. She has put her heart and soul into this house and you can feel.it ad soon as you step inside. We will definitely be back.😍😍😍😍😍 The McCartney's and the Horneffs.......Thanks again for everything Laurie.

Lovely place to stay outside of Downtown

Laurie has a terrific place: it is comfortable and quiet, and centrally located between the beaches and downtown Berlin. A wonderful place just to relax!

Excellent location and trip. I came With my tiny poodle for a little local trip to Assateague. Her house is adorable. Backyard has a kitchen and a bunch of tables and chairs. I had All my breakfasts outside. Also a big fenced in area if you have a dog. It’s about 1.3 miles in downtown Berlin, which I walked to once. Assateague is around 10 min drive. I was Alone with my pup, but this would be a great location for a family coming to the area who wants to spread out a bit and have a kitchen. Host is lovely, she is around if you need anything as she lives in her RV in the back. If coming to this area for a trip, I highly recommend this location! Very dog friendly as well

We really enjoyed our stay at Laurie‘s house. The property is exactly as pictured and is extremely dog friendly. Laurie even had a fresh bowl of water waiting for our pup. Location is very convenient to everything that Berlin and Assateague have to offer! The home was very well equipped, we would definitely return.

Cozy home in a great location

The house was exactly as described and very comfortable. Great location close to Assateague and Berlin. Laurie was super friendly and accommodating and we really appreciated the yard for our dogs.
