OCEANFRONT ON THE PROMENADE – NEW LISTING! Lovely updated condominium the 4th floor, with expansive ocean views! Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Lovely kitchen and bath updates, beach themes, flat screen TV, WiFi, and balcony with outdoor chairs to enjoy the amazing ocean and beach views!! Sunsets are amazing from here. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Plenty of dishware and cookware, and coffee pot. The master bedroom has a King bed. Living room has a Queen Murphy bed (wall bed that pulls down in living room for extra sleeping) and a full size sleeper sofa. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Elevator is on site. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets.

This is our 2nd time staying here and both times it has been a great experience. I was surprised to have slept well, considering I usually have a hard time when it's not my own bed at home. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our Seaside getaway at this condo! Very clean, spacious, great balcony with an amazing view of the ocean, and it’s right on the beach. Only a three minute walk from town and a short drive to the grocery store. Perfect condo for a week stay with enough space, entertainment, and a full kitchen. We hope to stay here again!

Wonderful oceanfront location and very quiet while we were there. Some obvious, nice upgrades to the unit and appreciated the supply of towels. We found the furniture to not be very comfortable, but in good condition. Overall, very nice for a good price and as I said, the view can't be beat.

Great view, ocean front. Kitchen very well stocked, bed was super comfortable. Great wifi. We very much enjoyed our stay celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. The condo was clean, a little outdated but overall great. Thank you for a great mini vacation.

The view and location are 10/10. The condo is good size for our family of 5. However, the amenities are lacking and the condo needs updating (carpet ripped, blankets and pillows seem old, stained headboard, etc). We also found out the hard way that you have to really push the door shut when turning the deadbolt or else it doesn’t lock all the way, when a drunk stranger came barging into the condo at 3am and refused to leave. Definitely scared the kids. We went during the big volleyball week so the amount we paid was pretty crazy high, and we’re a bit disappointed overall.
