This is our families third straight year renting this unit. We absolutely love the condo, the location to the beach and pool. The condo is always clean and never have had any issues. We can't wait to return next year for our annual trip.

The condo was well secured and very easy to check in and out. The location was perfect for walking, biking, and beach access. This was an excellent property. Unfortunately, this trip was for work rather than pleasure; however, there’s not a bad thing to say about this place. Walkable to the beach, clean, quiet, private, comfortable, host had great communications, you name it. And honestly, one of the easiest check-in/check-out processes I’ve experienced with rentals.

Everything was great. Listing was accurate, property was nice, beach and pool access were convenient. We had a minor hiccup with AC, and the property owners took care of the issue immediately - communication was excellent. I would recommend to anyone.

The unit was convenient for the golf courses we played and the building was very nice. It was also quite comfortable to hang out with friends in the family room. I would stay again.

Although we stayed for only three nights,everything at this Village House condo was perfect (except the weather, but what can you do?) It was clean, well-equipped, quiet, and the location was convenient for shops, restaurants, the Westin hotel and of course the beach! The keyless entry made check-in easy. and we even met a few friendly neighbours. We would definitely return!

Fantastic unit we rented on short notice. My mom and cousin decided to go to the beach the last weekend of spring break for ATL metro schools. Great location, walking distance from the beach. Quiet area. Unit had everything we needed. Lots of room for 3 adults and two kids. Easy to find unit, check in instructions are very simple. Will definitely rent this unit again!

We were very happy about the whole ease of experience. The condo was great, so spacious. Having separate temperature controls in the bedrooms suited our needs; 2 adult couples. The balcony was huge and we wish we had more time. Beach access, minutes from great local shops and restaurants etc. we’d book here again for sure.
