Aucune photo ne m'a été transmise concernant ses "problèmes de propreté" et rien n'a été constaté lors de votre départ.
L'appartement est en location depuis 3ans, vous êtes la première à faire ce retour.
J'aurai été ouvert à vous faire un geste commercial en vous donnant le bénéfice du doute mais vous avez préféré exagérer et inventer des problèmes imaginaires.
Je ne cède pas au chantage.

Appartement très bien situé centre-ville
Appartement rénové au deuxième étage, joliment décoré. Tout l'essentiel est fourni. Idéalement situé au cœur de la magnifique ville de La Rochelle (centre-ville, plage, parcs, parkings). Juste à savoir, pdt festival Francofolies, pas de possibilité d'approche en voiture. Rue animée mais calme dans appartement car donne sur cour. Pendant festival, concerts jusqu'à minuit. Très bon séjour.
