Just returned from a fantastic beach vacation. The house was perfect! So close to all the Dewey restaurants and entertainment, very short walk to the beach, and easy getting to Rehoboth either walking or taking the Jolley Trolley. The house was very roomy, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything you need! We enjoyed coming back to the house after a long day at the beach. Deck was awesome to relax before heading back out for the evening and the yard was big enough for us to play some lawn games. This is one of the nicest rentals I've stayed at - very clean, extra pillows and blankets, plenty of parking, location!!!, and the host was so easy to communicate with!

Great find at Dewey

Such a great place just a block from the beach! We were looking for a rental that allowed for stays shorter than a full week and were lucky to find this one! We would definitely rent this place again.

Perfect spot!

Our family loved this rental! The pictures are dead spot on, the location is perfectly situated, It was clean and nicely decorated. The owners were quickly communicative and friendly to work with. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation

We normally stay in a hotel. This time our adult children came with us so having 3 bedrooms was wonderful. Location is good; a short walk to the beach! Thanks so much. We will come back again.

Great location

We had a great time in Dewey Beach. The house is centrally located between the beach and the bay. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and other attractions are just a short drive away. The house was neat and clean and suited our families needs perfectly! We hope to return in the near future.

Great location!

Loved being in the middle of all of my favorite spots. House was even nicer than expected. Super clean and more amenities than I needed. Noise isn’t bad despite being behind Jimmy’s and B&C. Would rent this over and over.

Beautiful home with a great location!!

We could not have asked for a better home, or location, while in dewey beach!! I’ve been coming here for years and this is the most cleanly and beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect right between starboard and bottle and cork, and just a few minute walk to the beach. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicative, and we can’t wait to be back next year! Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in dewey beach - this place is perfect!

First Vacation in Delaware

The condo was awesome. Lots of amenities, close to the ocean for morning walks and many places to eat and shop. The place was extremely clean & well kept with plenty of space to unwind after a busy day of play and exploring. Diane provided us with everything. Thank you. The Hargraves.

Very clean. Updated decor and furnishings and lots of natural light. Was pleasantly surprised as it was brighter and more spacious than I thought it would be based on the photos. Also had a nice balcony. I was concerned about possible noise being so close to Bottle & Cork but it wasn’t a problem. Walkable to beach, bay, restaurants and shops. Ample parking for at least 3 cars. I would stay here again.

Great stay

Property was very nice. Had all utensils/cooking tools, had a bunch of games, nice upgrades. Easily walkable to a bunch of restaurants, bars, and of course, the beach. The hosts were great, as well. 10/10 would stay again!

Great stay at Dewey!

Property was perfect for our Dewey Beach vacation with our adult children! Great communication with owner and townhouse was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Short walk to beach and into town. Would definitely book again!

Fantastic beach trip!!!!

We stayed for a total of 4 nights in early August 2022. We were a party of 5, made up of myself, my wife and step son, and my father and neice. I got so many "you did a great job"'s i lost count. This place is awesome. Spacious, clean, and very comfortable all around. We had zero noise issues. When the doors were shut we felt isolated, in the good way. The beds were easy to sleep in, the A/C cranked out the cold air, and had enough room to give everyone some space while still being on vacation together. Close enough to the beach to walk and set up in the early hours then return after breakfast. Would 100% book again. We are done with hotels. Thank you for such a great beach trip!

Wonderful stay in Dewey Beach Close to Everything

Our family had a wonderful stay at this clean and well-stocked house near everything in Dewey Beach. We enjoyed walking to the playground, restaurants and beach every day and used the balcony, grill and picnic table and green space outside the house as well. The neighbors were quiet and friendly and we had no issue with noise while we were there. I would definitely suggest this property to others, including those with or without kids.
