Appartement propre, neuf et belle vue mer. L'annonce n'était pas très precise sur le stationnement ni sur l'accès plage. Le stationnement est a l'extérieur, et l'accès plage se fait par un chemin escarpé, avec des escaliers, et il faut traverser les rails.Cuisine bien équipée. Couchage 140 trop juste maintenant que partout il y a du 160 surtout quand il fait chaud. La résidence est calme mais en contrebas la route de la côte et les trains réguliers.
