Beautiful gulf-front unit! Comfortably sleeps 6! Perfect space and location for a couples getaway or a small family vacation! This beautiful home will be your home away from home! The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the basic needs to cook your local cuisine! The unit offers plenty of space to relax and take a break from the day-to-day hustle! The balcony offers breathtaking views of the ocean! Allowing you to take in the sunrise and sunsets! Additionally, keep an eye out for the dolphins!

Sterling Breeze Resort Features: a Hot Tub, Large Infinity pool, onsite fitness center, and direct Beach Access. Also on-site is a fantastic Snack Bar/Grill that offers some delicious food and beverages. You will also be a short walk away from Pier Park, giving you plenty of shopping, restaurants, and other attractions to choose from!

We enjoyed our stay! We absolutely loved Sterling Breeze. The Condo was great. The only downside was not having a “ramp” down to the beach. So be prepared if you have a wagon to carry it down. The room was clean, the view was great, and everything was exactly as described.

The checkin process was easy. We weren’t as impressed with the unit as we had hoped. Things are much more run down and outdated than what I have experienced at many other units in this same building. The beds are not comfortable (including the pullout), the space feels dated, the grill on the deck doesn’t work, one of the bathroom sinks gets backed up, the area near the bunk beds is a bit beat up — just to name a few. The location is great, the pool area is convenient, the staff onsite are great— this is why I will return to this building— just plan to stay in another unit.

Beautiful accommodation !! Vey clean and comfortable. We are timeshare owners for PCRC ( next door) which is under renovation. There were multiple rooms rented by many of our friends. Would definately recommend !!!!
