Puu Poa 211 Air Conditioned and Best View Too

Gloria and I visit our unit twice each year to replace and replenish our furnishings. This has been a very successful approach, as has been supported by our decades long string of five star reviews and repeat guests. I'm sorry the Bousakr's felt the furniture had the need for a "retouch", and we will be happy to implement their suggestions. The furniture and appliances we have replaced within the past two years include the A/C system; the chaise lounges and barbecue on the lanai; the couches and TV in the living room: the swivel chairs and table in the atrium; the king bed, chest, end tables and TV in the master bedroom: the queen bed, chest, and end tables in the second bedroom; the washer/dryer in the second bath; and the dishwasher in the kitchen. We will be visiting again later this year and take special pains to note and replace anything that detracts from the comfort or appearance of our unit. Thank you, Ron and Gloria Burke

Gloria and I are very sorry this phone problem occurred, although it is out of our control. This summer we upgraded our internet service to 1 Gig fiber optic wi-fi to enhance internet, streaming, and TV service. (Wayne assured me there was no problem with the wi-fi.) I went on the T-Mobile site to check coverage at Puu Poa and all seemed positive. It's possible there was a T-Mobile problem last week due to poor weather. I know our property manager suggested to Wayne via email that he enable wi-fi calling on his phone. Because Puu Poa is an all concrete building, phone service can be spotty at times. I will continue to follow up with T-Mobile, but I wanted to respond as quickly as possible to Wayne's concerns. Thank you
