Message for special monthly rates for Nov, Dec and Jan. IT IS A GEM! This two bedroom, two bath condo with washer-dryer is an ideal first floor unit with a nice patio area overlooking a park-like setting AND the gulf.
The master suite opens onto the patio and the second bedroom has its own private bath.
Enjoy not waiting for the crowded elevator especially during the busy season.
Walk straight out the patio doors to the pool and the beach.
Complex offer three pools (indoor and outdoor), sauna and steam room, gym, tennis, café, tiki bar, and beach service
