The home offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom, providing the comfort and privacy of a luxury resort. Tucked separately behind the main residence, the fourth bedroom occupies its own private casita, complete with a limited kitchenette—an ideal retreat for guests seeking an added measure of independence and privacy.

The heart of the home is an impressive chef’s kitchen designed equally for serious cooking and effortless entertaining. A high-end six-burner gas cooktop, double ovens, two sinks, and two dishwashers make preparing meals for a crowd remarkably easy, while generous gathering spaces invite everyone to linger long after dinner is served.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 4 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.
