At the base of the red rocks of the Esterel, the magnificent Cap Esterel pedestrian estate (210 ha) overlooks the Bay of Agay. On-site facilities include: swimming pools (waves, slides, whirlpools, paddling pools), lakes, golf course, spa, fitness center, multisports fields, soccer, tennis, padel, mountain biking, hiking, adventure trail, paintball, riding school, circus school, pétanque, ping-pong, children's games and clubs, miniature train, entertainment, bars, restaurants, shops.

2 beautiful beaches border the estate: Plage du Pourrousset and Plage du Dramont.

Le Refuge des Goélands *** is located in a highly desirable area in the center of Cap Esterel, in a peaceful environment close to swimming pools and amenities.
On the 2nd floor, you'll enjoy a beautiful terrace (with double orientation South-East / South-West), and an exceptional view of the sea.

Le Refuge des Goélands *** comfortably accomodates 4 people. It comprises a lovely living room (with 2 80cm wide banquette beds that can be made into a 160cm bed), a separate bedroom (with 1 160cm bed), a bathroom (with bath and shower screen), and separate WC.

Officially rated "3 stars", the apartment is very well equipped: reversible air conditioning, washer-dryer, dishwasher, connected TV, mini-stereo, hairdryer, double fridge/freezer, microwave & grill, 4 hotplates, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, waffle maker, and the essential plancha for unforgettable summer evenings.

Services included: pool access, private parking, fiber & Wi-Fi. Free end-of-stay cleaning in high season (July and August). Optional: end-of-stay cleaning, supply of sheets and towels.

Appartement très bien placé au Cap EsterelVillage de vacances avec commerces.C'est au 2eme étage.Que vous soyez à table à l'intérieur, dans le canapé ou sur la terrasse, vous avez constamment une très belle vue sur la merLogement avec équipements quasi neufs.Les : plancha, chaises longues, terrasse ouverte sur 2 côtés, parking sécurisé privé en sous sol.Le séjour en Septembre est très reposant.

Agréable séjour

Le refuge des goélands est un appartement très bien équipé . La climatisation est appréciable et permet de passer des nuits reposantes . La vue sur la mer est un plaisir chaque jour renouvelé . Je recommande !

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Leider waren wir außerhalb der Saison dort, deshalb gab es keine Kinderanimation. Ansonsten war es wunderschön und der Ausblick war umwerfend.

Séjour enchanteur !

Les points forts de ce bel appartement : la très belle vue vue mer, la terrasse sans vis à vis, bien aérée durant les chaleurs de l’été… et la climatisation dans le séjour et la chambre. En outre, le logement est très bien équipé, ce qui atteste de l’intérêt de notre hôte pour le confort des occupants. Les nombreuses piscines et animations du complexe ainsi que le parking gratuit couvert ajoutent aux joies du séjour pour tous et à l’aspect pratique. La plage est joignable à pieds, à la sortie du Cap Estérel. Tout étéit parfait.

Un très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au Refuge des Goélands. L’appartement est impeccable,très bien équipé et aménagé. La large vue mer et la climatisation centrale sont deux gros points forts. Antoine est un propriétaire réactif et très disponible et nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa gentillesse .
