Un appartement exceptionnel

L'appartement est idéalement placé : en centre ville sans pour autant être exposé à la foule et au bruit estivaux du plein coeur d'Annecy. Il est par ailleurs très agréable : spacieux, moderne. Tout a été pensé pour qu'on ne manque de rien. Et il est très propre. Le propriétaire, Jean-Christope, est plein d'attentions. Encore un grand merci à lui. Bref une magnifique adresse. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau, c'est sûr ! soins et plein d'attentions.

Schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Annecy

Unser Aufenthalt war nahezu perfekt. Eine tolle Wohnung im 6. Stock (mit Aufzug). Sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und sowohl Check-In, als auch Check-Out liefen problemlos. Danke, dass wir eine Woche hier verbringen durften. Einen negativen Punkt habe ich aber dennoch. Die Nachbarn. Wir wurden im Flur oft nur grimmig angeschaut, dabei haben wir immer freundlich gegrüßt. Ach und in der Wohnung oberhalb steht man gerne früh auf und ist dann sehr "umtriebig". Das Haus ist wirklich sehr hellhörig und wer wie ich in den Morgenstunden einen leichten Schlaf hat, der ist ab spätestens 7 Uhr hellwach.

Magnifique appartement

Quel plaisir de séjourner dans cet appartement, propre, très lumineux, extrêmement bien décoré, bien équipé et avec une situation idéale. Dans une rue calme et à 100 m de la zone piétonne pour sillonner la vieille ville et à quelques minutes du superbe Lac d’Annecy. Tous les commerces ou loisirs sont à proximité à pieds, ainsi qu’un parking souterrain à des prix très raisonnables. La communication avec Jean Christophe a été plus qu’excellente. Merci beaucoup, nous conseillons évidement a 200 % ce logement.
