Eat in kitchen contains all modern amenities, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, etc, in an open, flowing layout. Large rear deck offers mountainous views, along with barbecue grill, and high-top seating around the propane fire pit.

All of which is located 1/2 mile from NYS Thruway, 1 mile from Village of Saugerties, 2.5 miles to HITS, 9 miles to Woodstock, 20 miles to Hunter.

This property offers plenty of parking and enough room to accommodate trailers if necessary.

Pristine Property

Wonderful stay in like-new unit. Standout features include super-firm mattress, plentiful towels and linens and almost instant hot water. Share ample parking in large gravel lot with new under-construction neighboring house. Easy access to NYThruway (aka I-87). Thank you Lorraine and Al!

Nice apartment, excellent location

Al's apartment is brand new and impeccably kept. The weekend was rainy so we were able to profit from Al's million TV channels and streaming capabilities. There is a grill and a gas fire pit in the back deck, overlooking at meadows. During the day you see multiple types of birds and at night the fireflies will give you a delightful spectacle. If you are visiting friends to do stuff in the Woodstock/Saugerties are, this place is excellent. Minuses were that this is spot on in 212 and Al has not landscaped the property yet. Pluses, besides location and having all the amenities you need are the nice touches as leaving a lot of stuff in case you forget toiletries, chocolates for when you get the munchies watching TV and brand new appliances. Overall, great value for money.
