We will be back again and again. Beth and George are the perfect host. You seriously feel like family there. They brought us fresh croissants for breakfast one day. Showed us around their beautiful property. Told us the best places to visit. The cabin has EVERYTHING you need and then some. We brought our boat to go fishing at lake Watauga and they had an area to park it at. It's a private, gated, quite, peaceful, stunning piece of heaven. What more could you ask for.
Communication with the property owners was exceptional the cabins were very clean and stocked with everything that you would need made some good memories there with family and friends
We had a great time during our stay. I was so happy to see the cabin decorated for Christmas because I forgot to bring my tiny Christmas tree. The welcome gift and card made our day after that long 12 hour drive to get there. The views were wonderful and my youngest daughter enjoyed visiting the horses everyday. I especially loved sitting on the rocking chair on the porch and looking out at the beautiful tree lined hills. There were also lots to do from sightseeing, hiking, waterfalls, great food and shops.
George & Beth & Family,
From the moment we pulled up to the gate me and my family were truly in awe and honestly Cross Creek Ranch is a real slice of heaven it is very beautiful and exquisite. Me and my family truly really enjoyed our Thanksgiving week there and truly there are no words to even begin to express how truly Thankful, Grateful & Blessed we are that you welcomed us and as we arrived as strangers we truly felt that at the end of departure we left as family. Thank you from our heart & soul for having us and inviting us up for dessert and George thank you for loaning us one of your 4-wheelers and the tour of the property as there was so much to take in and see. Truly you have an amazing, beautiful family and what y'all have done, built and accomplished there is a real slice of heaven we absolutely THANK Y'ALL so much words for our gratitude cannont be expressed and we look forward to seeing y'all next year. We pray y'all stay blessed with warmest wishes and nothing but the best for all of you THANK YOU!!! We have already highly recommended Cross Creek Ranch to everyone we know and to people we don't EVERYONE should be able to experience the slice of heaven at CROSS CREEK RANCH. The cabin and surrounding property exceeded our expectations in every way!!! It is tucked into a quite, wooded area within Cross Creek Ranch. I loved the big fireplace and loft with huge windows. The ranch is gorgeous and if you love being outdoors you can walk the many trails on the property, go read a book down by the creek or enjoy the cabin porch after a day of exploring the region. The owners are super friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this cabin to my family and friends.
We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was very nice and quiet. During the day we would go sight seeing, then come back to the cabin cook a meal and relax. If we had any questions, the hosts, George and Beth, would always answer them. They were great. I loved the location. I would visit again.
We spent the wonderful weekend in this great house . The cabin is beautiful ,very cozy. Great location: bicycle rent and Virginia Creeper Trail is 30 minutes, Watauga Lake is 15 minutes drive from the house and other places are not so far.
George and Beth are welcoming and friendly.
We loved this house, this place- everything! We will be back.
George and Beth thank you for all 🤗
