Enjoy the ocean breezes in this large 2 bedroom fully furnished garden flat. Quiet, friendly Point Loma neighborhood, 4 blocks from the beach, Sunset Cliffs, and Ocean Beach. Large private outdoor patio with ocean views. My family lives in the main house, this is a fully furnished private ADU with private entrance. 2 large bedrooms with King Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Work from home desk, family room with ocean views and smart TV. Full Spanish-style kitchen and separate laundry room. Beautiful custom stone shower. Nest heat and AC included, but you won’t need it with the ocean breeze. Linens, bedding, kitchen supplies included. Perfect spot for visiting family, working remotely near the beach, staying during a house renovation, or an extended vacation. Looking for quiet tenants as the flat is attached to our main house. Ocean view street on a hill with ample parking. Flexible on length of stay, but prefer 30-90 days. A great sun filled space to relax, unwind, and enjoy all San Diego has to offer.
