Lots of space - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Furnishings seem new and are very comfortable. House is older but feels like the owners are renovating. Location of the house is perfect. Easy walk to beach.

While the house is starting to show it's age, you cannot beat the value for the number of bedrooms, location, and amenities. This is an amazing option for fitting a large family into a well apportioned home with easy access to the beach. The property management was very professional and responsive.

House was clean, good condition. Just a short walk from the beach. Communication upon check-in could have been better. Had to reach out to get code to enter the house. One of the bathrooms was not stocked with towels/washcloths as advertised. Overall a great spot and would stay here again.

We had plenty of space for a group of 8. We also had a toddler and there are a lot of steps but we just used baby gates. Great screened in porch. Pretty good location, about a 4 minute walk to the beach.

The property was in a great location. We felt the space was not accurate for what the pictures showed. A bit cramped for 8 adults and 1 active 17 month old, but doable. Many things were overlooked and should have been fixed before guests arrived. The email we received before leaving on our trip was only 1/2 the email, it did not include what you need to bring with you. Be aware that you need to bring or buy many extras; beach towels, chairs, flashlights, cleaning supplies and more. In all fairness, we did have a great time. Just be aware.

First time Charleston visit

Location is great ! Proximity to the beach was a plus and in general isle of palm is very pretty. Couple of things to be fixed in the house. 1. Dishwasher bottom rack is missing a part and is wobbly 2. 5th bedroom half bath doesn’t have a/c and is hot ! Access to that bedroom on 3rd floor is not the greatest. 3. Didn’t see body wash in bathrooms 4. Front door lock with key is tricky. Have to fiddle with it before we could get it opened. Otherwise we had nice experience.

Absolutely incredible!

This house has EVERYTHING! Location, cleanliness, fully stocked, and very comfortable layout. Location- basically straight down the driveway, and walk a block and you’re there. Beach access felt so private away from the crowds. And it’s walking distance to the community center for pool, tennis, playground. This place was fully stocked meaning every cabinet or closet I opened they thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay plus much more!! Found a pack and play, toys for kids, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, and tons of kitchen appliances. The outdoor shower was so helpful with the kids after the beach too. The outdoor temps varied from 85 degrees to 50s and we had to turn on the heat and the a/c during the week and both gave us no issues. The screened in patio was a perfect quiet hang out in the mornings and evenings. Would absolutely stay here again and feel like we found a gem for our family to visit each year!!

Perfect Girl’s Weekend Locale

This was the perfect house and location for our group of 6 thirty-something year old friends! Within a 2 min walk to the beach and a 30 min drive to downtown Charleston- we enjoyed a relaxing weekend! The kitchen is completely stocked with anything you might need and the beds are super comfortable! Would definitely come back!

Great location but house needs some work

We made these plans 1 days before we arrived but process was was easy and great communication from the rental company. Realize this is a beach house but needs some tic. There was dried urine on a bathroom wall, loose kitchen knobs, pans really beat up, kitchen table top full of scratches, etc. location was great, appreciated the screened porch and outdoor shower and the rental gear credits. We love wild dunes and this was a wonderful way to have a Covid-cation
