The Space:

Thoughtfully appointed, with great attention to detail! Outside you'll enjoy a new bay front swimming pool and large furnished deck (completed in 2022), two kayaks, beach and pool gear, and even a small bar on the dock.



Inside, the vibrant colors and fresh decor in the spacious living areas set the tone for a true vacation. Your kitchen is stocked with amenities, right down to a margarita maker.

Working from home? "Back Bay Bliss" offers a dedicated work area.

Take advantage of tons of board games inside, and, outside, your swimming pool, incredible sunset views, yard games and a bay front fire pit await, just off the comfortable deck where you’ll want to spend hours with friends & family.



*IMPORTANT NOTE* - the "Cleaning Fee" includes linen delivery, cleaning, and ALL other amenities. You'll arrive to find toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent pods, comforters and duvet covers, pillows, as well as bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap). Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towels are delivered at no additional cost (bed-making is available upon request and for an additional fee). Please message me and I will take care of additional requests to help make your stay hassle-free!



Central Air, WiFi, and plenty of TVs for streaming your favorite shows. The radiant pool is seasonal, opening at the end of May until the first week of September. Radiant pools are well-insulated for maximum energy efficiency, and are designed to hold the heat from the sun. Please note this is not a heated pool.



The Neighborhood:

A unique opportunity to soak in the tranquil beauty of the shore's back bays: from unobstructed sunsets to wildlife!

Located on the main road into Stone Harbor (now lowered to 35 MPH), this home is an easy 5-minute drive to all the shops, restaurants and beaches. Plus, you're minutes from popular attractions like The Wetlands Institute, The Cape May County Zoo, and central to all the beautiful shore points. Walk to Bay Side Seafood market for freshly caught fare each day.



Getting Around:

The spacious driveway offers parking for two vehicles, with additional street parking to accommodate more.



Other Things to Note:

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.



No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.
