Gather in the gourmet kitchen with leathered granite counters and hickory cabinets, or relax in the great room with riverstone fireplace and wet bar. Step outside to the wraparound deck with an 8-person hot tub and enjoy wildlife, trout in the river, and spectacular views. RV garage and ample parking available. Perfect for families or intimate groups (max 10). No smoking or pets. Exterior cameras onsite. We reserve the right to cancel reservations.

This is our 2nd year of staying at this home for our leadership retreat. It's such a great house and location in Estes Park. We hope to stay here for many years. The bed/bath situation is perfect for our team and we really enjoy all the different spaces for breakaway meetings. Love the kitchen and hot tub!

The property was in an excellent location. An easy walk to Estes Park. The house was excellent for us, a group of 8 women. Great spaces to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Plentiful comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The communication was excellent and timely. We had a few issues during our stay but management handled promptly. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a wonderful visit to Estes Park and RMNP. Like others have mentioned previously, the deck is in disrepair.

Wonderful stay!

We took an impromptu trip up to Estes Park and found this wonderful place for our family to stay at. They have a well stocked house that's clean and convenient to the main downtown area. The sound of the water and view of the wildlife made it relaxing and fun. We'd definitely stay here again
