Enjoyed our stay at Maravilla. The condo was clean and had nice views from the living room and the main bedroom balcony. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Pet friendly. Easy gate access off 98 and Scenic Drive.

Wonderful place to stay

This is our second year at this unit. We love it. It fits our needs perfectly. We have already booked for next year. We always enjoy Miramar Beach and staying at Maravilla.

Condo was fantastic and in a great location. Walk to the beach and both pools were very short. The balcony had a good view of the water and the sliding door was nice and soundproof. Beds were comfortable and large enough for our entire party. The only ding I would give the place over all is that it could have been cleaned a little better. There were a couple of stains on the bed sheets that we dealt with and some hair left in the master shower drain. We didn’t want to bother the host with the small cleaning issues so we managed them on our own. The host was always quick to respond when I did have a question and I’m sure they would have dealt with the cleanliness issues quickly. Would for sure stay again at this place.

This house is super comfortable and for the 9 of us golfing the RTJones golf trail, the location was perfect. Very large living room so all of us could watch the World Series and enjoy each others company. We were away from the house most days so didn’t enjoy the lake view for as long as I would like. Highly recommend.

Great place

This was our first time with this facility. We loved it all. The only complaint was the elevators. Staying on the 3rd floor was a bit much with two elevators out and one on the fritz.

The condo was wonderful. Perfect for us.

I would definitely rent this condo again in the future. The Maravilla complex needs some improvements. There is a need for new chairs around the pool and a new basketball net. I also think that both pools should be heated.

Great Area

Presents as advertised. My issues were outside the control of the renter. Renters not cleaning up behind their pets, but property maintenance were visible on site cleaning the common areas. I would stay again.

Close to the beach. Clean and updated. Owner was very receptive and was so kind to send me some soup etc, when she heard I was trapped in sick. Would stay here again.

Great Location to Miramar Beach

We loved this property and would definitely stay here again. The property was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The private beach access is great and the property has two pools and neither were over crowded which was great! The property is located close to everything Destin has to offer.

Great Condo and location

This condo was awesome and great location we loved everything about it. The only thing I might suggest would be maybe some blackout curtains or blinds in the master bedroom so you can sleep a little later than the sunrise :)

So comfortable and great location!

Nice pools, close to the beach and great location! Owners equip condo with absolutely everything you could need, and made it really easy to check in and out, couldn't have been a nicer vacation!

Even better than the pictures!

Loved this condo! Clean, minimal “stuff” cluttering up the tables and walls, and updated. We had 4 adults and one toddler for our visit and we all slept comfortably! The small bedroom with the bunk beds fits a pack n play nicely. The master is spacious and inviting. The room with the two full beds is nice, tight, but it was nice to have larger beds instead of twins. You have a small view of the ocean from the balcony which is nice. It’s a super short walk to the pool and the beach. Dishes, pots, pans, it’s all there. We had everything we needed to cook.
