Good location. Unless you’ve packed a ton, close enough to walk from ferry without using the tram. Could use tissues, so bring them because there weren’t any. Otherwise, having the golf cart was great. Just don’t forget to pack beach towels and depending on the length of your stay you may need extra bath towels too.
