Relax on the large deck, take in open water views or use the 35-ft deep-water dock (can accommodate boats up to 12-ft draft) that delivers you to the ocean in seconds! Under the home is a storage room with bait freezer, commercial ice maker and a shaded area under the large deck for when you've had enough sun.



Within walking distance to Isla Bella Resort, 7 Mile Bridge and Sunset Grille & Raw Bar Resturant— where you can enjoy their oceanfront pool, tiki bar, sunsets and waterfront dining.



Fantastic boating access puts both the ocean and bayside just minutes away—perfect for fishing, diving, or cruising the Keys!
