Our house is located in the small settlement of Cala Blanca near Ciutadella on the southwest coast of Menorca. The house was completely renovated in 2013 and located on a quiet street (one way), which is mainly bordered by detached houses.

Super gute Lage, Pool top, leider müsste dringend renoviert werden

Lage: Das Haus liegt perfekt in einem kleinen Ortsteil (Cala Blanca) von Ciutadella. Ein Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fußläufig in 1 Minute erreichbar. Falls man keine Lust hat zum Essen zu gehen auch mit Take-away. ;-) Zum nächsten Strand ist es auch nicht weit, zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten (mit Kindern). Das schöne an Menorca ist auch, dass an (fast) jedem Strand eine Toilette vorhanden ist! In der wunderschönen Altstadt von Ciutadella ist man in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Pool: Hat eine perfekte Größe und ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Außerdem kommt 2x pro Woche jmd. zur Reinigung. Besser geht’s nicht! Haus: Das Haus hat so eine sehr schöne Aufteilung, es sind genug Ablageflächen und Stauraum vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und das auch in ausreichender Menge. Allerdings ließ sowohl die Sauberkeit als auch der Allgemeinzustand des Hauses etwas zu wünschen übrig. Leider war nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht worden (in den Ecken lag der Staub und auch auf den Ablagen über den Betten und im Bad, der Abfluss des Bad-Waschbeckens, als auch der Dusche waren verstopft). Auch der in der Anzeige gezeigte Gas-Grill (auf den hatte sich mein Mann besonders gefreut) war nicht benutzbar auf Grund korrodierter Gas-Anschlüsse und Bedienelemente. Des Weiteren war der Halter für den einzigen Schirm am Haus zusammengebrochen was auch ihn unbenutzbar machte. In einem Schlafzimmer und im Bad kam uns der Putz entgegen. Im Bad war auch der Heizkörper und die Armaturen korrodiert und teilweise abgeplatzt. Unser Fazit: ein schönes Haus in toller Lage, aber leider müsste dringend renoviert werden und gerade in der heutigen Zeit eine bessere Reinigung vor Neubezug durchgeführt werden!

Schade, dass es ein paar negative Aspekte während des Aufenthaltes gab. Ebenfalls schade ist es, dass ich nicht sofort über die beanstandeten Aspekte informiert wurde. Gerne hätte ich Fotos vom Grill, Putz, Sonnenschirmständer, Staub entgegen genommen und meine Servicefirma angewiesen, die Dinge sofort in Ordnung zu bringen. Bewertungen, die im Nachhinein Mängel darstellen, die ich nicht mehr nachvollziehen kann, sind für mich wertlos und nicht existent. Weiterhin muss ich erwähnen, dass die Gäste das Sofa in einem stark verschmutzten Zustand hinter lassen haben und ich den zusätzlichen Reinigungsaufwand bezahlen mußte. Ich bitte meine Gäste Mängel sofort bei mir zu melden, damit ich die Chance habe, den Mangel zu beseitigen und das nicht nach dem Aufenthalt eine unbefriedigende Bewertung abgegeben wird.

Lamentablemente, no puedo entender el comentario. El precio y el equipamiento de la casa se describieron claramente para el huésped. Si se requiere aire acondicionado, reserve una casa con aire acondicionado. Un equipo de alta calidad y una muy buena ubicación en Cala Blanca tiene su precio.

Home from Home

From the moment we enquired about booking, all the interactions with Oliver where quick and helpful even when we had a query when we were staying in the villa. The villa itself was immaculately presented with all the amenities described and perfect for a small family holiday. Needless to say many hours were spent in the pool which is just about big enough to do a bit of swimming as well as play water games with the children. The location just two minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants in Cala Blanca was absolutely perfect, close enough to get what you wanted quickly but far enough away that noise was never an issue. Last tip, make sure to catch some sunsets on the front, you wont forget them.

Superschönes Ferienhaus mit Bestausstattung

Wir waren zu viert in diesem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus für eine Woche Menorca-Urlaub. Die Lage ist hervorragend, um an die wunderschönen Strände (cala turqueda und cala macarellata) zu kommen. Wenige Kilometer sind es bis Ciutadella, was super ist, um abends dorthin zu fahren. Erwähnenswert ist allerdings auch die schöne Terasse am Haus sowie die Küchenausstattung, die wirklich nichts zu wünschen übriglässt, sodass die Abende „zuhause“ auch sehr schön waren. Auf jeden Fall: Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Domizil!

Oliver (owner) albeit he is abroad is incredibly helpful and prompt on getting back on queries. We stayed in April and unexpectedly chillier than we thought and he got an extra heater delivered the day I requested! Outstanding service. The property is beautifully kept and a lovely home. The pool and gardens stunning. Want to go back again as soon as possible!! Brought my 15 month old and 8 yr old and the house is well equipped for both babies and children. Highly recommend

Séjour début septembre 2016. Nous avons adoré l'île de Minorque et la villa nous a permis d'y séjourner dans de très bonnes conditions. L'environnement est calme. Les commerces, cafés, restaurants et la petite plage de Cala Bianca sont à une courte distance à pied. La maison est très agréable et conforme à sa description et aux photos. La cuisine est bien équipée. L'entretien de la piscine était fait régulièrement. Un seul bémol, une seule salle de bains/toilettes, ce qui peut être un peu gênant.

Location très confortable pour 4 personnes et conforme à la description. Maison propre et très bien équipée. Environnement résidentiel et plutôt calme. Nous avons profité de la piscine très bien entretenue. Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables à Cala Blanca et nous vous recommandons vivement cette location.
