Le logement est à 100% conforme à l’annonce. Super vue. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, la cuisine moderne et fonctionnelle, le salon-salle à manger est spacieux également. L’appartement est lumineux et les balcons sont un plus. Les parkings gratuits sont un avantage non négligeables. Il y a à quelques minutes à pied tous les services et commerces utiles. Immeuble calme, on dort donc très bien. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible si besoin. Le WIFI fonctionne. Le prix de la location au vu de ses atouts est très raisonnable. Je recommande cette location et, si nous revenons à Annecy, nous le relouerons.

Un appartement prêt à l'emploi !!! L'hôte est vraiment est super !!!Les lits sont faits, les serviettes sont bien présentes, ainsi que les torchons et essuies mains. Il y a même le papiers toilettes.Notre hôte a vraiment pensé à tous pour que l'on passe un super séjour !!!!

L'appartement est très bien équipé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec du rangement et le matelas du lit double est de qualité. Yvan sur ma demande nous a mis une seconde poêle à disposition. Un petit centre commercial à 5 mns et une ligne de bus qui va direct vers le vieil Annecy

El apartamento estaba ordenado y limpio. Es mejor que lo que se ve en las fotos. Es amplio y luminoso. Está cerca de supermercados. A 20 min caminando del lago.

Un séjour plaisant

Nous sommes restés un mois dans la location. L'appartement est spacieux et calme, avec beaucoup de rangements et un grand bureau permettant le télétravail si besoin. Il est proche des commerces et de lignes de bus, parfait pour explorer Annecy et ses environs. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la vue ! Le propriétaire est sympathique et à l'écoute, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
